Its great for stretching and the joint strength or alignment, but be careful, if I bow my torso down too far and stretch my head back too hard I start to black out. Must pinch an artery or blood vessels or nerve maybe. Is only at the most extreme deep part of the stretch it does, but don't wanna hit ur head if it does it to you.

This however doesn't work for my hunchback because my ligaments are so shortened it would only flex my low back.. i have to go to a biophysics chiropractor so they can ratchet my back to a table really hard because of how rigid the curve was. Almost done with my 36 treatments and the xrays show progress but I'll need 36 more.. CBP as its called is a very rare kind of chiro which fixes the root of the problem instead of people being adjusted for many years without fixing the root of the problem and thats what CBP does.. all the chiro i went to before never addressed this kind of stuff with my spine especially how my back is what caused my neck problems AND headaches brain dysfunction spinal cord, ligament tension etc.. :(

Doesn’t work so well if you are not flexible especially in the shoulder and wings areas. Also if you have really tight spinal muscles these techniques tend to not work when other muscle groups overcompensate
This would be very difficult for me. If I have my back to the wall my head will not even touch it. My head is out about 3” away. I cannot lay down flat on the floor either. Same as the wall it does not go down. Very frustrating. If I try laying flat on the floor I can’t breathe I start to panic.
Work your rhomboid muscles and rear delts they’ll help you pull your shoulders back , most people have overdeveloped front delts that get tight and pull you forward .
I’ve seen Chiropractors saying that when doing exercises for that not let the chin go up I believe. Great now I need to go back to those videos to see what they were saying and why…😑

What about someone with Anklyosing spondylitis?
