    Get more sleep and take naps !!! Can’t argue with that !

    • @therogue3463
      @therogue3463 4 роки тому +10

      My experience is that a lot of people actually sleep very well with 5-6 hours sleep. The real idea of sleep, is having enough sleep to reset the body. If people have abundance of OVER-stress in their lives they typically need more sleep to recover. Habitual short-time sleepers who have ZERO issues of tiredness> ie, wake-up fresh and ready and sleep very well, you will find they have balanced lifestyles with minimum of any over-stress in their lives; ie, they know how to recognize and keep stress reduced by technique/ personality / attitude/ mentality / making choices to handle situations to reduce over-stress situations. Good sleep is not about sleeping a lot ( a lot of 9+ hour-sleepers still don't sleep great), but sleeping soundly which can be for some in 5-6 hours / night.

My Hair is growing, less gray hair skin complexion has changed. No acne No skin rashes. I have not gotten the common cold for the past 5 months. When I’m normally sick once a month. I had a rash on my both feet from childhood that don’t matter what antibiotics the Doctors gave me it wouldn’t cure. Now in my 40s it’s finally gone. Less body pains less inflammation in my back. All thanks to your amazing advice Dr Berg. Healthy Keto Omad has reversed my type 2 diabetes and kept my blood pressure in check. I can’t say it enough. But thank you Dr Berg family and staff. Yeah it looks great while it lasts but if all you're doing is baking yourself every day or every other day it doesn't take long for it to catch up to you and by your mid 30's you look like someone in their mid 40's. I work out every day for 40-50 minutes outside and then get my first meal at 13:00. My meal has 5 eggs, grass-fed (red) meat with feta cheese and a banana. (I don't do snacks throuhout the day). I drink 1-2L water every day and get my second meal at 19 o'clock. From there i don't eat anything anymore, sometimes green tea for better sleep. Is my routine healthy?

      I totally agree. I am 5’10” and am supposed to weigh 155-165 at my age. I have lost 70 pounds in 5 months and am almost to where I want to be (150-155). I have a couple of friends who are both 50 and 100 pounds overweight who have the audacity to tell me I look anorexic or like a cancer patient. Part of it is jealousy but mostly it’s ignorance. Americans are so used to seeing people that are substantially overweight that they no longer understand what a normal healthy weight looks like. Sad !

I wish I could get used to black coffee but I really don't like it. Almond milk is too watery. Any suggestions for a healthier creamer that's still keto friendly? Chris Chris I am with you on this. If the weather is nice, start with a twenty minute stroll, come back home and do a gentle stretch. Do this every other day, then build up to daily. Then you can gradually increase the walk to 30 minutes and so on, as you get stronger. When it is time to break your fast, do it with a little fat, followed by your supplements if any. Pacing is up to you, as you know your body and limitations best. After you get stronger, maybe join a gentle yoga class? Hope this helps.
