Nice video! Did sort of the same trip last year with Hyundai Kona EV. After Split we drove to Mostar, Dubrovnik and than took the boat from Montenegro to Italy. In Italy, we visited Napoli and Florance. Than back over Swiss and Germany to Netherlands. Drove 5500km, we had 99% good charging experiences. Most likely because my phone was loaded with charge apps and my wallet with charge passes. Only real charging issue was in Germany with a broken charger, luckily we manged to find another working one.
Wow, beautiful countries, appreciate your video.
Its already 2 months ago i went there just before the summer mayhem, but still was an awesome experience! If you got any questions ask them below! 👇
Sorry man, you missed the best part of that road-trip. There is a mountain road between Novo Mesto (slo) and Metika (HR) which is so fun. And it is also a shortcut to skip Zagreb area. Try it next time.
Nice to see your travel vlog. Too bad about the scratches on the rimms.... Gues that was why you blurred it in some movies ;). Hope you got them repaired and it did not cost too much. Next year we probably also go to croatia with our ID4.
Mooie video Furkan, keep up the good work. Later!
Hi! How can I reset a service interval on VW ID? Every 10k km it says it needs service. Can I reset it buying a simple OBD2 scanner?
Nice roadtrip! I see at 7:54 you have the climate set to only 19 degrees inside when it's 31 outside, isn't that a bit chilly? Must have been some heat shock when you get out. 😄And costing power too...
Not really, i like it cool 😎
Here’s my question from the USA. When I had a flat, it took 5 hours for them to get the correct tire. Would it make sense to purchase a tire to keep at home for the day that the nail attacks your tire?
If you get a flat close to your home it makes sense. And will you (correctly) store 2 sizes could be handy yes, but if it happens 3000km away from your home. You wont fly it overnight because buying it at premium is still cheaper
Hi Furkan, did you also came into the situation already, that you connect to an Ionity Charger and it gives you only max. Output of 30kwh (even under idle conditions - alone at the charging station and already down on 10%? Then you disconnect and change to another charger at the same place and provider - and it gives you the 128kwh?
No, but the reason is simple. that specific charger has cable cooling issues and its throttling back to a safe value of 30 kW. It's not a common issue, but there is 1 charger from ionity [manufacturer ABB] known in france that does that :)
@@EV.Furkan Ok, thx, just for your interest - it happend to me in Austria (Mondsee) as well as in Germany on the Ionity charger - so it can happen everywhere with this model of charger. Good to know for all other, if this is the case - change simply the charger if possible ;-)
No matter what, In Ionity charger field one of the charger is kaputt.
Airstop Tires?
Does Aral have any subscription option for pricing? I haven't been able find so maybe only for German residents, if any?
No sub, pricing is 0,69€/kwh which you can pay with the pay terminal, but its cheaper to use something else like wecharge (new sub type) or enbw with a sub
Please, ID.Furkan, I want to plot the recharge power plot, i.e. a plot with time in x and power [kW] in y… I am interested also in the same plot with [kWh] in y… can you know what are the items to be displayed using Car Scanner Pro? Thank you in advance with your attention…
DC battery power or HV EV Battery Power for KW. HV Battery Energy Content for KWH. Export as CSV #2 for a nice graph.
Important to remove other dashboards not showing this info (create own or change an existing one) and enable recording in background!
@@EV.Furkan you’re the best!
Hey, ID.Furkan, does the navigation system and the app WeCharge work well in foreign countries?
No 3.0 so still worthless. Wecharge is ok, same as the weconnect App. Dedicated chargers app are faster and handier to use
Nice Roadtrip, I feel the damage to your rims (happened to me as well)
Doesn't VW have a little air compressor in the car not good for the rim's to drive like that ?
You took the new opened bridge ,cool
No tire compressor, and flat tire acted as a runflat so no damage to the rim itself but also no damage to the tire because it was crawling :)
No Ladestau at Ionity? 😇
Sorry for your rims, at least VW also offers classic steel wheels and covers for ruggedness.
Next time check out Zusmarshausen, the biggest charge park in Germany (Europe?) and its chargers with 560 kW capability according to the out of spec reviews channel. ☺️
Sortimo sucks ass, you are losing time when you want to charge there. Great for a video but its a big fat no go if its only a single time charging there. Can better go to the enbw ladepark just in the neighbourhood
Please, ID.Furkan, I know you know the answer to my question… please would you answer it… please….
