@@annaturbina9900 I eliminated nuts, seeds, humus. I cook in goose fat. I combine plant based food such as bread, beans, lentils etc. with cheese and cream. Be careful with olive oil as a lot of oils on the market are vegetable oils infused with chlorofyl to make them look green and look like olive oil. I am also avoiding other antinutrients like caffeine or phytoestrogens and do not eat soy and chickpea, quinoa, oats, buckwheat, millet.

What about cold pressed rapeseed oil? I would expect this to be mentioned alongside olive oil as a good alternative given it’s good omega ratio and it’s not chemically or heat extracted? I think this video appears to be specially referring to refined vegetable oils, but it might be helpful to clarify?

@@Goybothsesame oil are fine just that it's not meant to be cooked at high heat, and it should be cold pressed and stored properly to not oxidized. answer to your question is in the end of this video, but evoo is the best if you look at the evidences beyond misunderstandings that people typically repeat.
also known as "state-", or "government food". cus these are the same families who basically owns it all, incl everyone with a birth certificate and the spineless politicians. yes, with a birth cert ur used as a stock, either common or prefered. just as your name is spelt with all caps on ID's - cus thats literally another you, not the individual you - but the corporation you. Well, theres a language they made for us to just give up even trying to understand what they say and write. When everything is "political" these days, your food is as well. Well, ofc not in your best interest - as if anything is - only lies ie "laws in place to protect us", couldnt be further from the truth. Limitation, just as the food and water they're posion us with! Healthy people with guns is the worse of worse, imagine... "they coulld rise up and make us responsible for our crimes".
