I really appreciate the video. In have a V7 Stone here in the US. I was researching an exhaust upgrade, which are all horribly expensive. After watching your video I carefully hole sawed the outer baffle and drilled 4 holes in the second baffle and i have achieved the V twin sound I was looking for. Keep the videos coming cheers!
Glad I could help! Just did something similar but much cleaner on my new stock exhausts. WOW to the new sound! New video next week. Continued safe riding!
Thank you! I just did a much better and cleaner job on a set of Stainless steel stock mufflers. Baffle removed and they sound amazing! New video coming soon! Ride safely.
Remapping is really only necessary when trying to achieve specific power gains or to fix issues with timing, ignition etc. If a bike is running poorly, back firing , stalling, hesitant or running too rich or lean then a remap / or tune is required. Also if an aftermarket or custom oversized free flowing exhaust system is fitted - then a remap is also necessary. In this case removing the silencer or baffle did nothing but reduce some exhaust back pressure and increase the tone and sound of the exhaust. After testing the bike extensively this modification made absolutely no difference to how the bike ran, or to its MPG. Nothing changed - hence no re map was necessary. I wish you continued safe riding.

Can you send a video of the sound you got?
Hahaha bro wasn’t fooling around. Had to laugh when I saw those holes! Sounds good. Just got a Jackal and will be “adjusting “ sound soon.
I hope your new exhaust sounds as awesome. Stay safe out there on 2 wheels!
Excellent Video ! Well done !

Thank you ! Continued Safe riding to you.
What are you using for a center stand?
No center stand! I use a Harbor Freight Tools motorcycle lift. I wish you continued safe riding.
Well done - you just halved its resale value! Ride it without a remap to halve that again…
