Thanks for making this video/yes this shhh is hard. I haven't gotten my first deal yet but hopefully coming soon. Right now people don't want to sell or I have bad numbers when skip tracing. and I can't get in touch with them. It's tough but I'm going to keep at it. I'm by myself so its much harder especially when you have a 9-5 job. You kept it real with your honesty and I appreciate that.
Yea this isnt easy lol but it’s worth it. The first deal is usually the hardest but you got this! I put the company I use for skip tracing in the description and sometimes I get bad numbers but it’s never perfect just keep calling

Your identity caught up with you. Every business is tough and “not easy.” You hit the wall because your identity didn’t allow you to move to the next level. Work on yourself and you’ll clear through that barrier. Kudos for doing something for your future.

You need to get to the next level brother. Join a community of people who are doing nothing but deals. I just closed on a home @ $700,000 seller finance and made money upfront. I leased option it to a sober living organization sandwich.
You’re looking at it wrong man but you have the heart. Guarantee I can make you a million in your back yard.
I partnered with (6) different wholesalers in the last 3 months. They brought the deal and I “found the buyer”. More than half of them didn’t even know I was wholesaling to another person. Averaged $6500 made roughly $40k by just connecting buyers to deals. You need to have everything in your tool box as an investor and not have limited beliefs. I really want to partner with you and show you.
Im working on it, and im already apart of a lot of communities with people doing a lot of big deals. Congrats on that deal, Im not sure if you watched the entire video but i know for a fact i could make 1M in my backyard and i will prove it with this channel. I just need to use multiple exit strategies. Watch my recent videos so you get an idea of where im at now, and what do you mean by partnering with me ?

Hire cold callers get consistent lead flow easy for me. I’m doing 100-120 deals per year.

I have 3 cold callers they are bringing me 70-100 leads per week out of that one to two contracts per week my average assignment fee is 20k and I do 3-5 deals per month not including my section 8 rental portfolio
And also I have a flipping company that does 10-20 flips per year and average profit is 70k-100k per deal

Get a mentor that has a track record that will show you where to go and how to close plus give you contracts to do so. Never do it alone you'll be stuck in the rat race. Even billionaires and millionaire have mentors. The internet will get you confused. Y
Learn from start to finish how how to do wholeselling. How to negotiate with sellers how to finds Deal l etc.

I kinda wanna get into wholesale. Honestly i just want to have the freedom to work when i want n not be tied to a job where i can get fired for whatever reason. Especially now that im a mom
I say do it, I’m closing one next week for 25k but the freedom I get from this business is the best thing
Why cold call when you can get distressed properties of the MLS
I do both right now, but the mls deals are harder to get vs the off market deals
I’d have to disagree. I made 200k in wholesaling in the past year and a half. Overhead was far less than 10k.
I don’t think I said you can’t do 200k I said a million if you are in a smaller market. I have friends that have hit 200k+. But congrats those are good numbers what are you doing for marketing
@@pabloottenwalderjr different things. My first deal was from a high equity list. But most of my deals were from Craigslist or fb marketplace. Those have been my most profitable deals also

You don’t need a license, I would just pick one if you are just starting but the benefit for me is different exit strategies on leads

No I don’t like virtual atleast not yet. I like to meet with the sellers and see the properties plus I’m trying to actually buy the deals to flip
