Thanks! I sometimes feel like if I have my feet shoulder width my arms (elbows) hit my legs when I reach between legs. My arms are straight and not bent...is it ok to go a little wider? and thanks for the hand tip. It's hard to grasp thumbs and push fingers... :) Love your videos!
