There's a chance he syarted off as a Trojan but there are some features that don't really match like the position of his sandboxes, his cylindrical smokebox, his height and his dome is different as well. I know it is an 0-6-0 but I think the locomotive that is shaped the most like Percy is the 1361 Class. Him being freelance means Percy could have parts from other unspecified manufacturers.

I also plan to give Duke buffers now that he’s on the Skarloey Railway or at the Ulfstead Castle museum.

I personally don't really have an overarching headcanon for an AU, but I do have one for an AU Thomas origin story, meant to explain Thomas' design being much smaller than the real E2 class. basically, Thomas was designed as an experimental 11th E2 class, built on a smaller frame and with a more efficient boiler to help reduce the issues with coal capacity previous E2s faced, but because the LB&SCR was in no financial state to build more E2s, a class that had failed to work well previously, Thomas remained as the only E2 x class. He spent a few years on the LB&SCR numbered 111 (the E2's were numbers 100-110 in real life) and was mostly in small yards, though the workmen often left him neglected on a siding as they knew how unsuccessful the previous E2's had been. one day a one Sir Charles Topham Hatt was looking around the LB&SCR looking for a pilot for Knapford Station. when he saw Thomas in one of the yards he spoke to the manager of the railway, and he took Thomas for a trial run on Sodor. Thomas proved himself to be a hard working engine and was purchased by sir Charles. When Thomas was officially moved to sodor, he was immediately sent to Crovan's Gate for restoration, as sitting in the sidings had left his paintwork in a sad state. Thomas was repainted into the standard NWR blue and red livery and numbered 1, as the #1 slot had been left open after the previous broke down and was abandoned, I like to think that Thomas being repainted is symbolic of him starting a new life on the Island of Sodor,
I like the idea of Dunkin Duncan and Trusty Rusty taking place between Home At Last and Rock N Roll. Explains why Duncan is still rude to Rusty. Though Rheneas will have to be replaced with Peter Sam.

And the map is a hybrid of The Unlucky Tug and Sif maps. Thomas is a custom built hybrid of an E2 and Jinty class as an experimental improvement and was built in 1940 with receiving his number after rescuing James Thomas, Percy and Toby stay at the branch line sheds Duck, Oliver, the Scotts and either BoCo or Bear stay at Knapford Sheds from Off the Rails Emily is the TV series equivalent of Bloomer and alternates between the main line and Thomas's Branch with receiving her number shortly after her arrival. She also arrived during the late Season 3 time frame. As for Stepney, the scrapyard he was at in RTTR was the smelters (separate from the Escape scrapyard) considering The Unlucky Tug has narrow gauge tracks going there on his map and Rusty went on the Mid Sodor line to get their which explains why it took all day as the tracks were in disrepair. A scrap train from the mainland most likely would have brought Stepney there. Also, TV series Stepney is a replica of the real one which explains why he lives on Sodor and was given the name after being restored. And Madge brought Rusty home from the scrapyards considering the disused tracks and was offered to stay at the Skarloey Railway. Sir Handel will replace Skarloey in The Grand Opening and Peter Sam in The Magic Lamp Skarloey and Rheneas's roles in most of S7 and the Hit era are replaced with Ivo Hugh and Mighty Mac Bertram and Smudger both work at the old mine after being rediscovered The Blue Mountain Quarry is part of the Mountain Railway rather than the Skarloey Railway As for Hiro, most of his stories are canon to my timeline. He just didn't return until S17.

One canon would be post Season 24 that have stories including both Oliver The Great Western Engine and Yusei Fudo (from Yugioh 5Ds) Synchro Summoning monsters to help fight against the evil tyranny that a villain known as Paradox is inflicting onto the Island of Sodor. Another canon would be everything from Season 1 to Post Season 24 with some original stories, greater explanations and perspectives on original stories, and a greater lore for Oliver The Great Western Engine specifically. One day when I get the chance, I'll write them all out and hopefully get a Trainz series started based off of them.

I know this might not be canon but hear me out. Since Misty Island isn't canon, I think the tunnel that would lead to Misty Island would be replaced with a portal to either Minecraft Mini Series Dimension or the All Engines Go Dimension. The latter would explain Sandy being in the classic series.

In my AU: Thomas escaped from his fate like his brothers and sisters and ended up in sordor where he’s trumafied to speak and socialize with the fat controller and the other tank engines till Percy, Edward, Toby, and the fat controller helps Thomas thorough his trauma and slowly warm up to everyone else
Although Percy's Big Mistake doesn't look to be rewritten, I hope in this AU that we get an explanation of what went wrong with the coupling of the brakevan that Percy lost and where said brakevan went. 😉

AU is short for Alternate Universe, for example I have a complete rewrite of Misty island rescue in the works, and it fundamentally changes some of the geography of Sodor so that the Misty Island tunnel goes through a mountain to a peninsula instead of going underwater to an island, that would be an AU.
If you’re still working on your redo of the Fireman Sam video, I’d like to point out a few things: - the original series did NOT have product placements, they were parodies of brands, such as Zaz being a stand in for Daz - “Norman Price… GO TO HELL!” was much lower in volume than it should’ve been - I’ve noticed some episodes of the CGI series, you’ve used footage from cameras filming a TV. You did a decent job of fitting the Railway Series, Model Series and CGI Series into your own singular timeline. Though I do think it is much easier to comprehend them as being three completely different timelines like TheUnluckyTug explained but this take makes enough sense for me.
I would make Springtime for Diesel non canon in my own version of the Island of Sodor, it’s history and the engines that inhabit it since it's a bad episode.
I know this might not be canon but hear me out.
Since Misty Island isn't canon, I think the tunnel that would lead to Misty Island would be replaced with a portal to either Minecraft Mini Series Dimension or the All Engines Go Dimension. The latter would explain Sandy being in the classic series.

While building Sodor in Minecraft, I’ve use the Nether to represent the magic railroad and as a result, Lady and Proteus reside in the Nether.
That's too unrealistic for Thomas and freinds and RWS.

well in my own universe the steam team will always sleep in tidmouth sheds and toby at arlesdale end, but occasionally in a couple of occasions thomas percy and toby will sleep at ffarquhar sheds and this will be different nia will sleep at wellsworth with philip but in some occasions edward will sleep at wellsworth rebecca will sleep at vicarstown sheds with rosie, and henry gordon james and emily at tidmouth sheds i'll also give the culdee railway engines except culdee different colors and after season 7's emily's new coaches emily will have her new coaches and be the number 12 after she rescue oliver and nia will be always in her african paint
Make Bear, jock, frank, the narrow gauge coaches and the auto coaches canon please it would be great to have them

I have 3 headcanon/au I will explain them all
1: Gordon lner number is 4473 making younger than scotsman and he has a sloped footplat because that was the original plan for the A3 but gresly tried this out on great northern since it was a success he also tried it on Gordon and he has been like this ever since
2: After old iron in 1954 Edward was awarded a special Express service for his branch line it starts at kanpford and stops a kanpford junction wellsworth and all station on his branch line he had fruness railway bogie coaches as well bye September 1954 it became so popular it stayed on the roster permanently
3: Percy was built in 1933 and in may 23rd 1934 the fat controller brought him
My headcanon (or at least what the canons for Thomas & Friends are) is that the Original Series ended with Season 18, then The Adventure Begins rebooted the series and then we had 3 Seasons of a Thomas & Friends Reboot Which was pretty good
Then that series got a Soft Reboot with BWBA that lasted 3 Seasons, which nobody likes... including myself
And now we got a new reboot that's worse then BWBA

AU is short for Alternate Universe, for example I have a complete rewrite of Misty island rescue in the works, and it fundamentally changes some of the geography of Sodor so that the Misty Island tunnel goes through a mountain to a peninsula instead of going underwater to an island, that would be an AU.

If you’re still working on your redo of the Fireman Sam video, I’d like to point out a few things:
- the original series did NOT have product placements, they were parodies of brands, such as Zaz being a stand in for Daz
- “Norman Price… GO TO HELL!” was much lower in volume than it should’ve been
- I’ve noticed some episodes of the CGI series, you’ve used footage from cameras filming a TV. Hope you’ve found regular digital copies of good quality since then!
