Exactly!! My Dad walks 2 miles every morning then 20 mins every night he has been doing that for 25 years he is 89 years old..Keep moving!! I started doing cardio every morning for the last 2 1/2 years and lifting weights in the afternoon for 60 mins, 6 days a week.. Best I ever felt!! 58 and feel jacked. Also built a sauna in my basement best thing ever! Sauna 5 days a week..I listen to Rogan sometimes and Dr Rhonda Patrick she got me hooked on sauna health.. Have not had a cold in over 2 1/2 years, Sauna s king!! Traditional Sauna. Ive always worked out but not on a steady daily life style. I bring workout bands when i travel just in case no gym!!! Like on the rhine river cruise! Workout bands come in handy!!

@@LK-om2lp I used the Sauna Place in Cookeville TN. The have a website just google them. I also called and asked questions. I framed it myself and bought cedar wood local. I used them for advise and bought all the workings of a sauna from them about 2000 bucks total. Heater flooring ( rubber) bucket for water and foil wrap Also bought a sauna door so it looks professional. its about 8x 4.5 ft..Whatever you do go Traditional sauna. Im from Minnesota!!!! @@LK-om2lp I did research on You-tube watching DIY..Then I got the best advice from, The SAUNA STORE out of Cookeville,TN. They have a website so google The Sauna Store..But, I also called them and talked to the lady for an hour, was so helpful and walked me through everything. Went over it all what to do..I think its a husband wife team that own it. They actually have a store front and a business that does installs so they know whats up.! I bought the framing and cedar local and everything else from them. Heater Harvia, cedar floor mat, foil vapor barrier, aluminum tape, sauna rocks, cedar air ventilation, vapor proof light, cedar round thermometer, air vent grill, 1 gallon bucket, around 2200 bucks.....I bought my sauna door tinted glass from ashland WI that was 800 bucks. I went one size bigger with the heater FYI..

My addiction since I was 13 was weight lifting.
Something about seeing athletic person with muscles and feel off that strength that comes as result.
I have been lifting weights now for over 33 years.
The feeling and flood of good hormones is a natural high that nothing replicates as strenuous exercise and meditation, prayer and discipline.
Go out drop your phone live in the now as its all we have.
Once I joined the US Army as 11B after boot camp I felt like brand new man and for 9 years it was absolutely amazing.
Keeping that discipline when everyone is gone telling you what to do is when you go back to through you, deep dive into your inner straight that we all have and use it!

Your mental health will shrink or disappear promise you. Second tip not mentioned here keep mind busy so your brain can't occupy itself with negativity which cause make mental health worst. I’ve seen people do it, and the most key thing seems to be you gotta realize you will still have to work out. I always wish at least the people who only do it because they don’t want to work out will avoid subjecting themselves to the negative effects. But I can’t make you.
