    I’ve been thru my own experiences and healing with some of those medicines. I hope and pray DJ can continue to work on this new path. The work doesn’t stop after you shake off the old ego. ❤

    It must be incredible to look back on his mindset here and the determination his wife had to hang in there. She completely understood his role. Great stuff

      She has already lost one husband.. who also happened to be a seal! She is a strong woman. I'm glad to see him doing better now! You could tell before that he wasn't ok! That kind of alpha male environment will do that to you!

      I just did ayahuasca for the first time and it changed my life and it definitely got rid of a lot of the ego. I definitely feed a lot off what DJ says and it’s helped me tremendously

      @@Hockey-ro8px Interesting for sure. I honestly don't know much about these practices, have heard a lot of people who have been through it and it seems to work!... But I feel like there should be a way to do it without anything, like Praying to God, but maybe this is quicker..? I am definitely not saying that these things don't work I believe they do and are natural, I'm really just curious. Thanks for the comment!

    Maybe it was Yung who talked about stages of life…Athlete, Warrior, Stateman…Athletes (the young) cannot be empathetic because they are developing self ability….Warrior is the career and family raising..Stateman is taking a backseat and letting the Warriors, like my kids by then, do heroic acts, while I am there to support and give guidance…mostly by my behavior example…thank you 🎉

    Ive been training my whole life to be a navy seal. My wife and kids have known forever but they dont know I dont want to live if I dont get there. I understand what it takes to lock in but i also can see it's not worth it to the family. But my mind has been made up I hate that death has to part me from my dream. I refuse to let my daughter see me give up

    • @shon9474
      @shon9474 4 місяці тому

      Don't talk like that or think like that! People need you.. your daughter needs you! Every girl needs her daddy! You don't want her trying to find that in every guy she meets! Doesn't matter if you are a seal or not. Nobody else can replace you in your daughter's life.. don't talk like that & open the doors for the possibility of something like to happen!

    • @Beetsbert230
      @Beetsbert230 4 місяці тому

      @shon9474 I wouldn't actually do it but my motivation goes that deep and even more. I understand you have to have that mentality to reach such a goal. I don't want my daughter searching for me in a guy I want her to search it in herself so she can achieve what she wants and go just as hard but not getting there is ok as long as we tried

      @@Beetsbert230 hey brother.. look into a trade school. It will absolutely change your life! Trust me! I went from being a student in that school to an instructor after graduation! That changed my life! They gave me a purpose that you wouldn't believe! Their is always something else waiting for you around the corner.. you just have to make sure that you stay focused on task for your daughter & be ready to adjust to something else immediately if something doesn't work out the way you want!

      @@shon9474 brother, I can tell you confidently, particularly after hearing DJ pour his heart out regarding his family not his extensive DEVGRU service! Some of the forks we encounter on this road called LIFE, are best to pull off at a rest stop and ponder the choice to turn right or left. You’ll realize when it’s all send it done, regardless of which way you go, you’ll arrive at where you’re supposed to end up.

    That is incredibly intense. Specifically his head space when ripping the last meo dmt session
    Not everyone can relate to this….but for the most part when doing hallucinogens, there’s a feeling of getting on board half way. Especially with powerful stuff like Ayahuasca or the toad like he’s describing
    You can like the idea of it and feel committed….but internally you might try to compromise and wiggle out of the full experience. You might want to drink less ayahuasca than what is served or take a smaller hit of meo or exhale real quick. It’s like you want a sample and it’s unnerving to fully commit.
    Him going into that much detail about getting the full experience is wild. And I guess it’s consistent with how you’d expect an operator to behave. In that he’s not scared of much so why would he be scared to leave the planet??
    (I’m in no way saying that tripping hard is the way…..micro dosing is super useful….and some people ought to stay away from all of it. Just saying I can relate to what he’s describing when saying he felt himself “holding on”/resisting

      Hey man American here. My mom is an immigrant and went through this process. What I recommend you doing is meeting some Americans and some work in the United States and an employer can sponsor your immigrant visa. This is not an easy process but it’s possible. I would go to your US embassy in Sri Lanka and talk to them. Alternatively there are companies in the US you can pay to get married to an American which will make it very easy to get your green card. If you really want to do it it’s possible but it’s a really long process.
