I looked up drifting vw bugs because I was curious to see if there are any out there and there are and yours is the coolest one I have seen I can't wait to see it sideways 🤘
Can you tell us what your measurements are for any drop front and rear you've done? Also whats the wheel size and offsets and tire size? Your stance is really nice! And finally what wheels are those? thanks
Hi LaMar, If I'm honest the car hasn't been measured, only adjusted to suit both manageable driving height and performance too. So I couldn't give you an honest specification for the drops. Wheel size is 15", offset is ET12. I can't say the specific wheel name as it's a slight trade secret. However, I will say they are a Space Saver wheel 5x112 stud pattern... Tyre sizes change quite a bit due to testing, but around 175/65s for the rear and 145/65s for the front (roughly). Hope this helps! Sam @ Rat 'n' Retro
@@RatnRetro Thanks Sam. I am going down the rabbit hole of wheel and tire fitment for my project. I would like to keep the 4x130 pattern. thanks for the reply. Keep the vids coming.
No worries! There are a lot of modern lightweight wheels you can fit at 4x130, so you will have some good choices. Alternatively you can run some low profile (20mm) adapters and that can then allow loads more variety! Providing obviously the offset is right etc... Thank you for your support!
Is it allowed to be called Eleanor? Because i thought you weren’t allowed to call anything’s Eleanor because of the mustang and that you would get a law suit or something like that. Go check out donut media about the lawsuit against Eleanor. Just be safe and keep up the hard work 🔥🔥
Thank you for looking out for us! Luckily it’s only a lawsuit if you name a mustang Eleanor, not just any vehicle. As the company who manufactured the original films car patented it. But thank you for looking out for us!
Can't wait to see some drifts
Hopefully Sam will pull his finger out and prove it can!
is that spoiler off the shelf or home made? Looks great!
It’s a design Sam came up with. Based around the Herbie Fully Loaded NASCAR version!
Do you think you’ll be doing any motor assembly videos in the future?
We possibly will!

Thank you for your comment! We can’t wait to show you more on this car when it’s finally ready to let loose!
