Great video.. this will not interfere with the rear sway bar you all sell for the super beetle will it? I just ordered the sway bar. I believe the sway bar goes under the transmission, so I am guessing I can install both the Truss brace AND the rear sway bar?
In my case, the rocker arm, despite the maximum lift, blocked spring plates (I have double ones). I had to unscrew the rocker arm from the frame and then hammer the spring plate out.
Maybe it’s because I have 944 rear suspension? I don’t know but it was really impossible to remove spring plate without unscrewing rocker arm. I couldn’t lift rocker arm high enough to move it out from between spring plates.
Great video guy!!
Thanks JW!
Thank you! Your videos are very informative
Thank you for the compliment, we'll keep them coming!

The rear sway bar attaches at the torsion housing then to the trailing arms, no where near the truss bars so there is no issues installing both.
@@Sam_Mebane perfect thanks!
Nice video.Too bad you don't have easy shipping to Canada.

Odd, we have double spring plates on our car and had no issues. Also, the rocker arms in the engine are nowhere close to hitting the truss bar.

@@kom2142 If it isn't VW, all bets are off. We have zero experience with Porsche suspension.
Will this truss bar work with a manual transmission using the autostick starter?
Yes, the autostick starters are a little longer but still sit below the truss bar.
part number or link to lower shock spacers?
We do not sell the shock spacers as individual parts.
Hey!
Yes?
@@Sam_Mebane Good Job!
