I noticed I always get into a rut when I'm overwhelmed with tasks. I have been so productive for the past 2 months, learning a lot of artistic things and languages, doing pilates and taking care of myself. But now I have to get prepared to defend my undergrad thesis, have lots of homework from University and am waiting for the result of the master degree's program I applied to. My ruts are definitely made off anxiety and strees, which paralyzes me. It's very frustrating because I feel like I'm losing progress

I totally understand what you’re saying. It can be a bit disheartening when you feel like all your progress is coming to a halt. I just want to tell you that I’m sure you’re doing an amazing job, and well done for working on yourself for the past few months. It must be difficult to prioritise study, and keep on top of things. But congratulations for putting in the work. Everything ebbs and flows, and I have 100% trust you’ll come out of this rut stronger and more confident than before. Keep going ❤️

Thanks for sharing these tools with us! I must think about my daily routines. And it might sound a bit hard or difficult - but everything is difficult when first starting - but I believe it's important to have a purpose (a form of routine) in your day. Not only purposes that are necessary rather than fun, like going to work, but also a purpose in the form of interests. For instance, I love going to the gym when I'm able (which is mostly 3 times a week, because the remaining days I have the purpose of work, which starts even before the gym is opening), and it really helps me to go out of bed, even when it's hard to do so. I know it's about discipline here, but don't make it too big of a deal. Make it actually fun! Since maybe a year and half I've become a early bird, which I discovered to really love! And apart from a few times throughout the year, I didn't find it hard to wake up at 5 am or something. I actually prefer it that way. But again, thank you so much for sharing these insights. And it's really awesome to get to know you a bit through your videos😄

You’re welcome! Agreed, everything is difficult at first but it does get easier over time. I hope you continue to make progress in the gym, on your hobbies and the routines that make you feel the best!! :)

One of the biggest ways I’ve found to treat myself is to enjoy hot cocoa regardless of whether it’s Christmas or “Winter.” I have NO idea why I thought it was a beverage for super special occasions and never even thought about just buying some swiss miss to have in the house, but once I did I found such an easy way to improve my mood and heal my soul

I like to watch these kind of videos but I find it annoying most of the time. This is the one video I stuck till end.
