@@killianmurphy5278 ohh common problem i had it too just clean the top of the sparkplug and the boot from water and seal whit peace of duct taoe or something happened to me because we had hard plastic sparkplug boot swapped iy for rubber one

I got that same 19" tire, it's a beast. Even though I put it on backwards.....

Allows the engine to rev higher before clutch engages= better takeoff

Have you checked kill switch? Also pull off flywheel cover and inspect it.
