@@cii5korea217 They only make 1 pipe for all pw80s 91-06 the exhaust # is FATTY 024034 and there are two silencers powercore 024037 and turbinecore 024038
Hey this was great. But i have a question . So latley with my pw80 i changed the air filter to let 10x more air in and now it starts to easy all i need is a touch of throttle and it starts right away i also replaced the pilot jet and high end mixture screw but it doesnt seem to make any difference they were diffrent. So basically my problem is it lacks power but it doesnt bog and starts easy. It also doesnt have much power in the top end it peaks at low rpm. Im new with this stuff. Also sorry if i explained that bad English is not my main language
Did you adjust the main jet? With a high flow air filter you should need a larger main jet. Also if you have the stock exhaust take it off and pull out the washer that is welded into the header at the cylinder header. Also do you know what year it is. The newer ones have a restrictive CDI. You can replace it with an old one or an aftermarket version.
Its a pw80 (A) 2014 modal altho the vin number says 06 but with my exaust it had that washer but not welded it actually said in the manual to remove it for more power but i also removed the air restricter in the muffler so it has maximum air flow and exhaust i assume. Also can setting the needle be an alternative to getting a bigger jet? Thanks for replying.

yeah it is really noticeable. The top end and power is the exact same, but acceleration is way better.

How many horses you think a pw80 clutch can handle? Think it’s better than the tomar disk clutch?
I bet it could handle 20hp no problem. I think the tomar is better.
