Thank you Julie. I just watched 3 of your videos on pain and health and then with this third one just broke down crying. I'm old and alone and have no one to talk to and fear builds up and I start to fall apart. Your calming voice helps so much. Hi Jess, I'm so glad this is helping. There's more you can do for fear around doctor's visits. You might benefit from addressing the different stressful experiences you've had at doctors' offices, starting with the first one you remember. While focusing on one at a time do the TFT Trauma Relief Technique (ua-cam.com/video/rPz75Xppv7E/v-deo.html). Repeat this for each different experience. You could also do the Collarbone Breathing Exercise (ua-cam.com/video/kQx1lRWG4M0/v-deo.html) before going to a doctor's office to help you relax (you could also do this while visualizing yourself feeling calm and peaceful at the doctor's). So glad to come across your video. Health anxiety has reared its ugly head again and completing this video has helped. I think I went from a 7 to a 3 by the end of it. I’ll keep trying as this is the first time I’ve seen a “live” demonstration and was trying to pay attention to the instructions while also focusing on my thoughts. Thank you for this video.

I have an extreme fear of going to the doctor/gyno and finding out if there is somthing wrong with me. If there was I wouldnt want to know I would rather someone else know for me its gotten to the point where if there is I would rather die than know. I dont think there is but sometimes thoughts will pop in to my head and I will believe there is. Ive had this fear since I was really young but it has gotten worse. I haven't been to the doctor since I turned 18 when I could make my own decisions im 20 now. I know I should go but I just cant.
Hi Ashley - did you go through this tapping exercise while focusing on this fear? If not, try that. You could also do this video of the TFT Trauma Relief Technique while focusing on all of the different aspects related to the fear of going to the doctor (fear of dying, fear of being out of control, fear that there's something wrong with you, fear of being judged - whatever comes up for you): ua-cam.com/video/rPz75Xppv7E/v-deo.html. When you clear one aspect, see what else is there and tap while focusing on that (these are the different "thought fields"). If you had any previous traumatic experiences at a doctor's office, do the TFT Trauma Relief Technique while focusing on that. If/when you do go to the doctor again, it could be helpful to do both of these before going.

Hello, thank you for your suggestion. While I haven’t worked with clients on fertility, I have some suggestions that might help.
