Used visualization with a competitive indoor color guard unit in 1987...my kids placed 3rd, & they weren't supposed to place that high...this works well for me...learned about it from 1984 (?) Olympics🙏🏽

I read it completely seven times and applied the knowledge that seemed absolutely new and modern to me, all of this during 17 years of my life. With over eight failures and many successes, I think I'm starting to understand. My favorite chapter is "Ask, Ask, Ask" from your book. I'll tell you an experience I had when I was 18 years old, the first time I read your book and saw that chapter. The next day, I woke up and went with a business idea to some friends. I left home with not even a penny, and I came back with $5000.00, quite impressive for an 18-year-old. I still feel proud of that project. Thank you, Jack, for sharing your wisdom with us.

oK but notice you didn't mention anything that you could have gratitude for-THAT'S the key...your focus is on what is wrong....do you have a pet you love, or the sun is out or anything find something to "grow"with your mental power.

Your present circumstance may not be good but visualization is hoping for a better future and thinking about your long-term goals. You must believe in yourself even though things don't look so good. With practice, hard work, and visualization things will slowly improve.

This was just 45 minutes of examples of sucess stories. 3 examples in 5 minutes would have sufficed.
