just google the 3ds game you're looking for and then add "rom" to the end of it. it should take you to a few websites that host downloads for games ranging for a variety of consoles, like the 3ds. :)
Hi I was wondering if you could help me? When I try to install the .3ds games on godmode9 it doesn't do the little arrow game? And when it finishes installing it doesn't ask to lock either. So none of the games are downloading to the 3ds.

Just type it in. The system will look for the file name and go from there. New folder, type the name, and that's it.

I'd recommend you convert your .3ds games into CIA with your pc. There are some .exe apps that helps to convert it.
@FoserGming just install the .3ds games using godmode9 if you downloaded .3ds games. No need to change format

Well how do you get the Roms legally?
You have to extract the game file from the games you own. That’s how you get rims legally.
