Thank you, maam.
Most welcome 😊

Antico Bianco granite :)
@@PainttheKitchenRed I'm in love with it. I've never seen it before!
You don't necessarily need to "pressure cook" this dish. This will all cook just on 'sauté ' and takes less time saute does come to boil
Thanks for your alternate cooking suggestions!
😋
Beautiful home
Aww, thank you!
Made this tonight. It was Excellent! The pasta was a bit softer than I like but it was still delicious. My husband and dad loved it! Oh, and I used asparagus cut into 2 inch pieces and it was perfect. Otherwise I followed it to the letter. Definitely a keeper.
Thanks for commenting, Terry! I'm so happy to hear you liked it. Next time, pressure cook the pasta for a minute less and see if that works better for you.
Liked and Subscribed. I like your method of explaining how to cook pasta in Insta pot thanks. Hey I would like to ask that as you add ingredients you say hire much of each you use, because I am auditory. Thanks god job. Hey I have a question I do not like to do quick release because I live in North Pole Alaska and can't have the moisture in the house, I need to have natural release how would I figure out what to cook each pasta for, how long, with natural release?
Kris, thanks for the feedback - I'll keep it in mind but I do mention quantities upfront in some of my newer videos if you check them out. I've never tried to cook pasta without releasing pressure manually. You may want to experiment and try it for 0 minutes, and then do a natural release. Some IPs allow you to set the pressure cook time for 0 mins but if yours starts at 1 minute, set it to 1 minute and as soon as the display goes from On to 00:01, press Cancel. Please do let me know what you discover :)
Thanks for the ideas and reply.
My son is allergic to dairy can I use Smart Balance dairy free butter instead?
I'm not sure how that'll do in the pressure cooker. You could try it out, or you can add some extra olive oil and then add the butter at the end, as needed.
saute mode on low med or hi??
I generally do Saute mode on medium.
thanks!
Can you use water instead of broth?
Yes, you can - you may want to increase your seasonings by a bit.
how do you figure there is 2 tablespoons of pasta? I am confused by that was it a video error? I judge my pasta by pounds and ounces.
Arrgh! Yes, editing error. It's 8 ounces, about 1/2 box - so sorry. I'll try and get that fixed.
I was wondering the same till I saw this comment, Pounds & ounces.
Was the shrimp fresh?
It was not, frozen and thawed. I live nowhere close to the ocean :)
Your pasta seems to be extremely dry
Hmmm, it wasn't dry, maybe the lighting?
