    Since I am keto I use Kelp noodles ($6 in the WholeFood). I also bought already cooked shrimp (I didn't know it tastes like cardboard but I had a whole pack I wanted to finish). Also if your Keto only Mezetta or Rao brand don't add sugar to their sauce.

    Hello , thx for the amazing recette and please what’s the difference between the old Instapot u had before and this new one I have the old one should I get this one ? Do u like it better ? Thx

      Old instant pot is Duo model & the new one is Ultra model. Ultra model has separate pressure cook, cake, egg settings- not a big deal though as in duo egg/cakes can be done in press cook-set it manually. What I love about Ultra model is: don't have to turn the steam release knob to sealing or venting - for pressure release just push the knob down. Hope this helps, thanks for your feedback :)

    I enjoyed the video, but I'm skeptical of this recipe. Pressure cooking shrimp for five minutes? If I cooked shrimp for five minutes on the stove top they'd be tough as leather, let alone the heat/pressure of a pressure-cooker. (And don't forget the instant pot has to reach take time to reach pressure, cooking the shrimp for that much longer.) It would be interesting to try this recipe with just an extra five minutes, sauteing the onion and shrimp, removing it, and then adding it in at the end. Perhaps I will experiment!

      Shrimp didn't turn rubbery, it remained soft. I always cook shrimp for 5 minutes in the Instant pot. Do give it a try & let me know.

      Not hot. For heat I've added 1 tsp dried red chili flakes, you can reduce to 1/2 tsp or just skip it if you prefer absolutely no heat. Hope you'll enjoy this easy yet tasty recipe :)
