Hey Keith I use for the first time one of the led drop lights diy from one of your previous videos it worked great. my brother in law caught a 18" crappie while it was in use. Put several tire weights in the pvc also tied paracord to it for add insurance on retrieving it when pulling it back up. So far I built 4 using 5 meters of LEDs on each one. Great diy project thinks ,Brinkman 2000 are expensive now days good substitute.

Agreed, have saved up to 90% when they get rid of old package or clear inventory. Hard to pass up on savings like that when fishing stuff keeps getting more expensive over time
Absolutely. Download the app on your phone and scan barcodes. I've found things on sale that didnt day they were in store
*EVERYBODY* in this thread (all 3 of us😂) is right!! Walmart clearance items are often amazing, and some of them scan in the app (and at the checkout aisle) for next to nothing. Literally! There *are* occasionally $0.01 prices!

Hey brother, I do alot of walking to get to my fishing spots. Any idea 💡 on a cheap way to build a wagon or a cart.with a horizontal rod rack. I go down alot of walking trails with overhead tree's. I tried the Walmart wagon and just a waist of money. They hang up on rocks tip over. Just troublesome. Specially when you try to take live bait with you.

If you're buying gear from BPS,Cabela's,etc. you're already paying to much so it wouldn't really matter when you buy.

I'll bet I could buy a LOT of fishin' stuff, from a LOT of different fishin' retailers and not exceed the $600 to $800 you said it costs you to travel to/from the annual CatFish Conference. Unless you live down the road from the usual conference location, most of us will spend just as much if not more just to get there as we would in shipping fees. :-)

The Catfish Conference has a UA-cam channel, and they put info on it before it happens , it's every February
They are having one on May 17th or 27th I think in Pigeon Forge Tennessee

It's like icast I think , never been but watched it on UA-cam. There's one in Tennessee on May21 that's for everything . And I know there's lots of bass expos around . Way more than for catfishing

I have yet to try out my DIY Green Fish attracting light I made after watching you show how to make it, then I got an idea from just thinking about all the Stuff you have shown to DIY, I bought off Amazon a red LED Strip and a Green LED STRIP and put them on the front of my boat for the red green night running lights.
They are Brighter then any premade red green lights!
Next time I'm down back at the Boat, I'll do a little video of the changes to our boat from ideas from watching You!
And a battery with me.
No batteries in the boat because of winter up here in Pennsylvania.

I do , but that's a tough question because there's so many jobs like that . I tell you what you really should do . There's a couple of welding groups on FB . Join one and ask that same question. You'll get a lot of input . You may gets answer that you or me haven't even thought of
