Man that's fast. The company you're in on the lap times there at BW is incredible. Most of the cars above and below you time wise are double, triple (or much more)the HP and cost. Your car is bitchen as well; super nice set up.
That's quick, I think Jackson Racing did a 1:57'6 on 225 with no aero. Obviously many factors in between the two cars, when they were run, who was driving etc. Your lap did look pretty easy to drive and drama free. I wonder what RE71RS and stiffer spring rates would do.
So far, the off the shelf rates on the KW Clubsports feel solid. Car is very easy to drive. I am also curious as to what slightly stiffer rates would translate to. Perhaps we should try?
We are running a Greddy baffle. However, I cannot say how well it is working until a oil pressure gauge is installed. Engine is still alive so far though so that’s a good thing.
This is great man, do you have any oil mods? I really want to track mine but am concerned as anyone might be with all the hype around the oil issues with the FA24.
It's incredible what great cars these are, even going back to the 2012/2013 model variants... and then you realize what a disappointment the engine is. It's not the numbers; it's the output delivery and the track reliability. They rev terribly and love going into limp. Shame. I'll take the 2.0 litre in the ND1 MX-5 over these dogs. Sure, it's 50 less hp or so, but the NDs (yes, even the ND1) rev like motorcycles. We have to wait a few more years for the next facelift to see if they fix it, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
Can’t go wrong with either imo. S2000 are tried and true, the GR I feel is still uncharted territory in terms of data and track reliability, but a damn enjoyable modern car to drive
Literally cheered for you when you nailed that 1:56. Gotta get mine to the track. 🤙🏼
My man 🤙🏽

Walks us through the mods, and did u manage to solve the GR86 right-turn’s oil pressure drop?
Look into the accusump system. It seems to have solved it for the most part
I would be curious to know as well. 2023 premium MT neptune blue
Watch 900brz he and others have solved the problem no accusump system needed
Pump and baffled oil pan from what I’ve read

Dang that is fast. Good work
Nice lap! Can't wait to get my GR86 out to BW!
The car seems to be rubbing a lot and not able to be driven smoothly?
Well that's going to happen given the wheel size he has on there
It’s low, wide tires. Looks good though
Great video!!! Want to learn how to track. Thinking of getting a GR86 for fun.
Great job man! Keep the footcam for next videos please! You can also include this view on the edit on full screen. ;)
FAST! Did you guys overfill the oil at all to try and prevent oil pressure dips?
that line over sunset though xD
Savage like always 💪🏾 great drive 🚗
💪🏼
awesome video man, keep up the content!
Appreciate it!

@@mattrojanaracing7698 What's the rates on the KW clubsports? Car looks right around 2,950lb on track?
Did you fix the oil pressure drop during right corners?

@@mattrojanaracing7698 Keep me posted! I'm receiving my GR next week and I really need a solution to that!
Love the wing. Is this with the “Time Attack End Plates”?
Nice work!
Thank you!
what size wheel tire combo?
thanks
You are not worried your engine is going to blow up and will not be covered under warranty from oil starvation?
I see no one wants to answer this
THE GOAT

Greddy oil pan baffle. Will need to install a oil pressure gauge to show you guys data/how well it is actually working
What header/exhaust are you running. Sounds dope. Im assuming its something a little more unequal length
Previous gen 86 Greddy catless header with a HKS dual exhaust
@@mattrojanaracing7698that's the high power spec L 2 correct ?
I want to get into a track/time attack build for my brz, how can i get started?
What lip kit? Looks great
Great driving. What GoPro helmet mount is that?
Just regular sticky mounts with another extension off the side of the helmet
What wheels are those? And what offset you runnin?
What cage are you guys running? Looking to order one for mine over the winter.
Studio RSR. I can set you up with one for a slight discount if you’d like. 😄
