Misha at 4:04 there is a dark line on the tarmac under the LHS of the Porche in front that doesn't appear to be there on the previous laps. Maybe a sprinkling of collant that would cause the wheels (ABS) to lock up momentarily which would then slide your line too wide into the turn to recover.

One thing I noticed straight away from the video of the crash, misha let go of the brake right before turning immediately to maximum, usually you'd want to keep a bit more load on the fronts so they'd grip and turn instead of understeering. Also it happened right on the camber transition into the turn.
Wow it reminds me of Ayrton Senna when his car just keep going straight to the wall, glad that you guys are ok and this can happen to anyone, you have a great record, keep it up! 🚙
Over loaded the grip limit of the front while going too fast, turning, and breaking too hard. Lap 3 he braked later and harder during the turn. Thank you for this very informative video.
@@itssameLuigi So idiot TikTokers don't go there to intentionally crash for cheap likes from the drones. I mean, you and a couple of others seem to be interested in a crash video here.. so you can see how they could be profitable and potentially promote the wrong kind of behaviour on the track.
I am glad that both of you came out of it with no mayor injuries. The damage to the car does not look so bad and can look as new again. Take care and stay positive❤
Happy to see you are both okay. Very good that you cut the clip right before the crash but only after taking your hands away. There are sooooo many people that broke their fingers/hands because they did not let go the steering wheel while going into the barrier. thanks for that.
What I noticed on the 3rd lap is that you brake slightly later (and maybe harder ?) on a part where the track goes down a little before the turn (I'm definitely not a pilot so I'm just speculating from what I'm seeing), but my only guess would be that the car braked when it was lifting from the track at that exact spot? (causing the grip loss and ABS activating) Feel free to tell me what you think about this theory !
Another thing different on 3rd lap is that this time there was a car straight in front of them, maybe it's some automatic system that engages ABS even without breaking as hard as it would usually require or something like that.
The hazard lights you pointed out are ESS, not ABS. I can confirm that as a GR86 owner. You got the brakes too hard for a moment, and that caused the understeer.
Accidents happen, as you said, there could be some kind of fluid residue on the tarmac... The most important thing is that nobody got hurt and the car didn't break down that much either. May you continue to bring us content like this, a hug from Portugal
I think we can all appreciate that no matter your calibre in driving ability, everyone's going to have a bump or too obviously nobody aspires to crash but it's apart of motorsport especially when your pushing a car too it's absolute limits the odds of crashing are much higher.. Anyone on this channel watching your content knows you're a good driver so that's not in question.. I've been track driving for over 20 years. Crashing is inevitable. Be it from mechanical failure, tire failure, a momentary lapse in judgement, whatever, it's GOING to happen. It's part of the risk you accept when you go to the track. Every experienced driver who pushes around the limit will crash at some point, no matter how good of a driver they are. I remember when I crashed my Lotus Elise it was a huge ego check. I had been putting up really fast lap times and was feeling pretty good about myself. After the crash, I felt like I totally sucked. But it was just part of the learning process. You can drive around a track for years without ever crashing -- assuming you aren't pushing hard. But if you like seeing just how fast you can go, it's going to happen. Every pro driver has a crash story.
Misha, great so see that you both are okay. My assumption that there was oil on the road and your tires picked up the oil. Again great to see that you are alive.😊
That's just what happens eventually, when hubby drivers are pushing past their limits. You crash. The line isn't good. And you'r breaking, lifting, breaking again. All close to the apex. Simple driver mistake. You simply have to take your limitations more seriously. You're way too reckless.
Misha always inspiration, live the good spirits kept by 2 of my favourite car guys, Shout out to Joe Achilles as well, you both are good drivers. Love your contents, so glad you both are fine. Keep up the good work

Fuckk well at least your ok. You let go of the steering wheel perfect technique
Its a shame you can't post crash videos, its good for learning from mistakes.
You see everything that has lead up to the impact, all the learning part is there
@@mgcharoudincrash videos in general, not just yours. Of course yours is well detailed 🙌
Over loaded the grip limit of the front while going too fast, turning, and breaking too hard.
Lap 3 he braked later and harder during the turn.
Thank you for this very informative video.
@@mgcharoudinDo you know why does that rule even exist ? Avoid morbid scenery when crashes are fatal ? So all crash vidéos get banned ?
@@itssameLuigi So idiot TikTokers don't go there to intentionally crash for cheap likes from the drones. I mean, you and a couple of others seem to be interested in a crash video here.. so you can see how they could be profitable and potentially promote the wrong kind of behaviour on the track.
I am glad that both of you came out of it with no mayor injuries. The damage to the car does not look so bad and can look as new again. Take care and stay positive❤
Happy to see you are both okay. Very good that you cut the clip right before the crash but only after taking your hands away. There are sooooo many people that broke their fingers/hands because they did not let go the steering wheel while going into the barrier. thanks for that.
nothing hurt but talent misha so no harm done, tja we live and we learn !
(causing the grip loss and ABS activating)
Feel free to tell me what you think about this theory !
Another thing different on 3rd lap is that this time there was a car straight in front of them, maybe it's some automatic system that engages ABS even without breaking as hard as it would usually require or something like that.
@@RisiPL1 that car does not have any automatic braking shit you drive that car its not driving you
@@wildfrog5803 Oh, ok, nevermind my previous comment then. I didn't know that for sure so i just proposed it as a possibility.
I tend to agree with you -- don't work the car when it's light.
Crossing his air stream directed upward force and going down hill had to lift the frame enough to loose front steering.
It is amazing how you handled it just before the impact, it shows the experience and that you are a very good and calm driver. Best of luck.
Really appreciate the honesty and transparency.
I can understand the no crash footage agreement.. but you showed enough.. much appreciated!
I strive to be calm like you sir. 💚
Glad you’re both ok. Sorry to hear about the incident. Hopefully see you this coming weekend Misha. 👌👍
I am happy you 2 are fine. Get the GR repaired and going again!
Misha thank you for explaining. Glad you are all okay!
May you continue to bring us content like this, a hug from Portugal
glad no one was hurt. Hope you can fix that beauty.
best too you, Misha.
Happy no serious injuries. Great analysis.
Great simple transition at 2:57
I think we can all appreciate that no matter your calibre in driving ability, everyone's going to have a bump or too obviously nobody aspires to crash but it's apart of motorsport especially when your pushing a car too it's absolute limits the odds of crashing are much higher.. Anyone on this channel watching your content knows you're a good driver so that's not in question.. I think it's actually very transparent and natural to not only put all the highs but also the lows it enhances the journey for everyone because it's the reality of life and motorsport in general.. Keep up the good work and glad your both okay 👍
Great that you're okay and I'm already looking forward for the rebuild video.
glad you both are okay. bad luck!
The most important thing is that you both are fine and not injured.
Pull off the brake (to get out ABS) was a mistake (=> suddenly "understeer").The reason of the sound come from grooved disc.
Always appreciate the honesty and ability of how you approach these things Misha. 👏 class act as always.
Really interesting to see the comparisons of the previous laps, definately not just an understeer moment.
Watching the footage i figured what happened... you f...ed up!!
You are always legend Misha glade you two are ok and things happens appreciate that for you and never stop waiting for news❤
All the best for you and your passenger! 🍀🍀
Hope you’re all okay and that it is a good learning experience that makes you even better
Thanks misha for this explanation video slide by slide. Many of us didn't know about this. Hell of an educational content. Btw love from Bangladesh 💜💜💜
Respect. I like that your showing the part that sucks of tracking your car.
That's just what happens eventually, when hubby drivers are pushing past their limits. You crash.
The line isn't good. And you'r breaking, lifting, breaking again. All close to the apex. Simple driver mistake.
You simply have to take your limitations more seriously. You're way too reckless.
good to hear you two are okay Keep us posted on the repair !!!!
Sorry to hear that man, wishing the best for you. I just overcorrected my Accord into a tree myself
I liked how you and Joe were just "meh" right before the crash. Pretty calm.
Misha always inspiration, live the good spirits kept by 2 of my favourite car guys, Shout out to Joe Achilles as well, you both are good drivers. Love your contents, so glad you both are fine. Keep up the good work
Frow the reviewed footage, I can't see anything that you did wrong either. Life happens, we are all glad no major injuries
All the best, it's amazing how infrequently you crash given the course you drive on! Great driver.
I’m so sorry 😞 I hope you fix it soon 👌
Glad you're safe and nobody got hurt! hope the car comes back stronger and faster!
There's a lovely swift zc31s behind your car I can see. Please go on a lap with a swift! I really want to see what can a 126hp car do in the ring
Glad you and your passenger are ok.
And also thanks for this informative video.
Hope you can find a reason, and had to laugh about your comment on the give away at the end.
That’s sucks man, glad you guys are ok! Maybe there was some type of fluid spill? Also, I did notice you blip it before you were hitting the brakes. Did something break? Could that have upset the ABS? Either way, good thing guys are safe & car can always be fixed.
Well this is a part of driving on track, thank you very much for showing. 👍
