You should talk about the viewers who pirate the shows, who will watch but refuse to pay disney for it. Look at how many torrents of the episodes there are plus the seeds for each.
Digging up the information on pirates could stir up trouble, but it would be revealing. They may even have to call in some _bounty hunters_ to stop them from stealing from children's movie creators. 🙂
Sm-33 could know it by another name. The crash site of the Onyx Cinder I believe was a large river that dried up over many many years possibly from mining.
Skeleton Crew is constantly in the Disney+ Top 10 in Germay. Mostly 1 to 3. I really hope this Trend catches on. It's the first show since Mando I really like.
So... What if Jod was a Separatist? He wouldn't have gotten searched, even though he was Force Sensitive. He would have been let down by droids. Because it turned out they were literally working for the Emperor the whole time. This seems an interesting potential background.
I’m not surprised the numbers are lower, but I agree that Skeleton Crew is the boost we all needed. I’m so relieved it’s good and I’m hoping more people tune in over time. I made a post about it on facebook after ep3 letting people know that I was hooked and that it’s good. I’m really looking forward to ep4 today.
you aren't understanding the numbers. episode 3 ran half the length of episodes 1 & 2 combined, so i would expect it to have less minutes watched. the fact that the number of minuetes is more than half those of the week before implies that it had at more people watching (perhaps folks wanting 3 episodes to bing on?). my argument is that if the same people who watched the first 2 episodes watched the 3rd, the number would be half. the fact it is more says that some new people came in to watch all 3 episodes.
Since people now days hate Disney in general, I'd be much more interested in seeing the Disney plus numbers, and how the show compares to only other Disney Plus shows. I suspect that it's number one after Bluey (which nothing can compete with).
After doing a bit of Legends research, if they are going by it for the timing of when At Attin hide from the rest of the galaxy, there are two likely time periods. 1. After the Battle of Mizra in 1466 BBY, when the Old Republic lost control of the Outer Rim. 2. When the Sith Empire conquered Coruscant is 3653 BBY.
"C-Can't say I remember no At Attin" He didn't say he doesn't remember it, just that he can't say that he does! So, he probably does know where it is. They just need to figure out the right way to ask.
I’d not pay too much attention to minutes watched as it’s very US based. In the U.K. it was number 3 on the Disney charts. This will be great as a bing show.
The kids are talking about how the episode Bryce directed is their favorite. Jod Na Nawood is Captain Crimson Jack Silvo. Yes! They should've been doing stuff like this from the beginning.... oh, wait. They did! They _'fixed'_ the prequels with *The Clone Wars* for a lot of people. They'll do the same for the sequels, only better, with live-action.
I dunno if I'd go that far, I think the difference with the prequels is that the themes and politics for the clone wars were there but mostly buried under a lot of very stilted dialogue, with the sequels it's more like none of the background info was thought out before hand and it's up to the shows to fill in the gaps in a very shoddy plot. I also wouldn't say live action is better inherently I can suspend my disbelief better with animation cause everything is consistent, when I see an iffy costume in live action or bad puppertry it pulls me right out of the show and I don't like the trend of making the practical effects purposely bad to look "retro" the whole point of special effects is to make a seamless and believable world
@@Miguel-jq6ol You haven't read any of the books between *Return of the Jedi* and *The Force Awakens,* have you? The politics are in plain sight in the books. There is an argument that Star Wars is heavily based on novels between the movies. Sure, some ideas will be changed or retconned (as people like to abuse the word) to make a better story. Novels can explain things where live action doesn't seem to hit that mark (like the Sequels iterations of Ben's hut and things where Rian tried to push more for the shock factor and misdirection, and less fixing things afterward). They want us to jump to the wrong conclusions to get people talking. It is the genius behind the original *Star Wars* movie. George asked Alan Dean Foster to write a sequel for the movie, but changed things drastically in ESB when Marcia changed the movie and it was a big hit. It got everyone speculating about how things would go and arguing about how things should've been. The argument has been going on since 1977. There were comics made before the movie even came out. Everyone's guessing, but nobody knows anything for sure.
People like me wait for the entire season to be streaming before watching getting our spoilers from UA-cam content so taking a poll before the series completes is completely inaccurate
I agree. I've seen a few YTers say the numbers must be down because their videos aren't getting views. That's a silly way to determine if people are watching something else in my opinion.

Knight Shalamon and Quentin Taritino and of George Lucas but that man is a legend
It's possible that Sm33 remembers it from a long time ago. I think that it's possible that At Attin has been separated for a long time. So a pannet can have changed during that time. This shoowis good

I just watched it again she instruction droid speaks of planets outside the barrier and of multiple currencies. I’m certain the kids are aware of at least the other planets within the barrier
Maybe I have to watch it again, but to me it looked like the barrier was just around At Attin, like the planet is surrounded by an incredibly heavy upper atmosphere made of like nebular gasses and stellar material. Cause as soon as they left atmosphere they were able to see the stars and jump to hyperspace, if the barrier encompassed multiple planets you'd think it would have been a much longer journey to be able to see beyond it and jump to hyperspace. At this point ratings don’t matter for Star Wars television no matter the quality of the show. I think Star Wars as an IP after Andor S2 is done needs to move off television for the time being minus animated stuff and just focus on movies. I haven't determined if Skelton Crew is 6 or 8 episodes. There seems to be a lot of ground still to cover before the children return home. The writing and storyline has been very good. So far. I sure hope the ending is rushed

About the streaming number ESTIMATES that you keep bringing up...why do you use them and even trust them? None of these streaming platforms release there actual numbers till well after completion of the season. These sites that use this halfass-at-best data are doing so not for accuracy but for advertising and most are owned by competing corporations that skew viewership numbers in their favor. They also don't tell you how they get there data, where they get it from, or what the exact measurement metrics are (ie streaming via phone, tablet, smart tv, laptop, or casting to tv) All I'm saying is those "sources" are inaccurate at best and the info they do give is always highly questionable, I wouldn't trust them.
Notice that all the Disney hate channels are latching on to them to create the narrative that skeleton crew is failing and the fans are fed up and yada yada

@ I know right? Or say something is too "woke", a word which I hate more than almost all others. Obviously they haven't watched Star Wars or listen to the overall message if they are calling something in Star Wars "woke". It's sad that the internet and social media has become this place where lies and cons are taken as fact and that people not only believe them but love them. Honestly I don't know why I even bother leaving comments cause it will usually just fall on deaf ears or draw more hate, but I miss critical thinking and critical but respectful discourse.

People are tired of Disney pushing transformers and acolyte was the such a horrible Disney TV show that people don’t are turning off their TVs. people watch Star Wars for the storyline they’re sci-fi but not sexual crap. They keep pushing this and Disney+ will fall of the charts
I wouldn't put much into those charts similar to how much a film grosses via the box office. For instance Book of Boba Fett's finale procured high viewership however I thought it was cringe! Andor's finale was vastly more satisfying & powerful. 🤣
Skeleton crew has inherited the scorched earth policy of the alt right with the acolyte. You can try to blame it on everything else, but at the end of the day Star Wars is being used as a proxy war for the culture wars. So sad. This is a really good series as was the acolyte.

@@BusketRVA also they ALWAYS have to include KK even though she had Little to do with skeleton crew
@@BusketRVAikr? Some of these people legit just lash out anytime someone disagrees with the echo chamber, like with hellogreedo all he said is he thought the ladder half of the accolyte could get better and hoards of incels from Efap bombed his channel calling him a shill
👍
Skeleton Crew appears to be a Star-Wars-ified retelling of Treasure Island with liberal borrowings from The Goonies.
Utidiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!
Yeah most people are downloading it is why. So heaps of people are watching it. Just not on Disney plus is all lol
Okay, Cathy with a K You finally finally finally have the win that you have been waiting for with skeleton crew okay? Goodbye now you said you would go after your win and we are all holding you to that.
I highly doubt that KK will stay when the new CEO is put in next year, it's really depending on who gets in though someone that cares will probably get rid of her but that EA guy they were thinking would 100% just keep her because her success with ep7
Who tf watches “the day of the jackel” but not Star Wars?! Lmao there’s so many NPCs.
People are tired of Disney pushing transformers and acolyte was the such a horrible Disney TV show that people don’t are turning off their TVs. people watch Star Wars for the storyline they’re sci-fi but not sexual crap. They keep pushing this and Disney+ will fall of the charts
Acolyte was crap but the second I see people saying this I know they're just parroting a rage baiter
We back they cooked the disney piece is real. Over holiday break this show will popoff
Do you ever show emotion in your voice? I've heard droids with more emotion than your voice.
re subscribe D+? prolly not but if the kids story takes a plunge for the worst, I'll never trust D again
So sad. This is a really good series as was the acolyte.
making fake star wars theories video with bait title is one way to gain sub i guess. get yourself a mic that dosnt sounds as shit
@starwarsmeg According to Nielson's & Flix Patrol Skelton Crew made the top 10
