  • Today we’ve got a home workout that focuses on 4 of our 8 fundamental movement patterns.
    1️⃣.
    Pull - Resisted Rows X 15 reps.
    2️⃣.
    Hinge - Ski Pulls X 30 reps.
    3️⃣.
    Push - Suspended Press X 15 reps.
    4️⃣.
    Squat - 5 Low / 5 High Squat Jumps X 30 reps.
    Complete all the moves as quickly as you can, have a short rest and go again for a total of 5 rounds! Short, sharp, muscle building, and calorie burning! 🔥
