KO8 Full Body Workout At Home

  • A lot of people ask us if they can get a full KO8 workout in if they have a confined space at home? Well here’s your answer! Today Sean brings you another full body session that has a great emphasis on isolating specific muscle groups. Even though a couple of these moves are technically compound exercises, the nature of the set up of the KO8 and time under tension during the reps means that you should feel the contraction in the desired location.
    What do we mean by this? Well some exercises will fatigue your body in general as a whole, or even combined sections of the body. For example with a press up you should feel your pecs working, but you will also feel your anterior delts ( front of shoulder ) and triceps. The difference with the overhead tricep extension is the focus is solely on the triceps ( back of arms ). Likewise with a standard squat you should feel your quads but you will probably also feel your glutes and lower back. However with the sissy squat the ability to get extra depth to really lengthen your quads while keeping an upright torso, and focus on the contraction at the top should keep the burn in the quads all the way through.
    Sean will take you through 1 full round of each move for 10-12 reps, then complete them all again for a total of 3-4 sets.

    Hello, I use your produkts but I have an idea, when you make videos please show us the exercises without explanation first. Not everyone need this. Im a PT and just what to check out different typ of exercises. The talk between just make me not want to check out the videos. Otherwise I like your stuff/ Sweden

      Hi Patrik, I totally understand where you're coming from but most of our users are't PT's. So the explanation ensures they know what to do correctly.
