Age is not the problem! If it feels like for your capacity its too much, you can absolutely slow the video down! (I have friends in their 80s (mid) doing Ironman triathlons! Start slow, progress. Strength is possible at any age. Find something you love!
Hi Debra did this as a workout today on the vibration plate n got my heart rate up.......what is ur opinion on doing it on the vibration plate n wld u class this as a workout??

Variety is good! I'd recommend consistently but not daily.
