Thank you Debra for this video. This is just what I have been looking for. I've lost 108# and am having issues with my saggy arms. Your videos have helped me so much. Your amazing. I appreciate all that you do.
Debra, l love these types of videos. it really shows you how to do these basic exercises. My question is should you always use smaller weights when doing the ladder part of this video. Because is so i need to get a set of 3 and 5 pound weights. Thank you
Thanks deb. Love your info and videos! I am fairly new to your site but do recall that u said you do read comments and try to give info that people ask for. So I have a request. Can you please share some info on alcohol and how to quit or manage and why. Also do u have any advice on managing bloating? Thanks again!
Yes, I have to watch overhead shoulder work because I can get a pinch in my neck. I like your exercise combinations. I can't always get into working with heavy weights, so I like going lighter and mixing it up so I still can get a good burn in my muscles. Any ideas on if one split work-out is better than the other: Legs,Back,Biceps // Chest,Shoulders,Triceps VERSUS Legs,Back,Chest // Shoulders,Biceps,Triceps THANK YOU
Thank you Deb, new to site. Just doing the overhead weights work very carefully as have had frozen shoulders in both shoulders some years ago and the flexion and strength doesn't seem to support the weights work above my head, anything that will give be equal benefit without this one exercise please? Thanks
I was so impressed with this exercise but I do have a question I hope you answer me. You said to recoup 48 to 72 hours that's a long time. If I switch off working out my lower body then the next day do these exercises and the day after that just do my lower part of my body. So I by doing this way my upper body would have rested for at least 24 hours. Would that be okay?? Because that's what I've been doing waste and arms one day and legs and butt the next .
Yes, good question as my research simply said do not exercise 2 different muscle groups on the SAME day. I try to walk a mile every day. Also, I do Upper body (resistance and strengthening, stretching) every other day. The instructor advises we can do these exercises every day like her. However, I really need to work on my gluteus grouping SO a couple times a week I work my Core/Back strengthening/Legs(Glutes)/Stretches (but I am still working out a good routine for glutes and am working the exercises into a routine I have been doing for years to strengthen my back, but obviously I need to keep changing). If I had to wait 2-3 days to exercise I'd never get it done! I am recovering from injuries so very important for me to exercise as much as I am able.
I've only been doing these types of exercises since March of this year and I am building muscle. I do see a difference in my saggy skin. Today I massaged Jojoba oil into my arms as around my elbows and inside shoulders there has been a lot of creasy creepy ;) skin (I lost a lot of weight last year due to illness). Research shows hydration is super important. That was 4 hours ago and my arms look fantastic! Much less creasy already :) :)
maybe its just the captioning, because i can’t have my sound on right now, but i was wondering about the hummus we were promised at the end of this workout. anyone else? just me? 😄
Skygazer being that she said ...put up the tree and deck the halls yesterday...sore...she might be chilly. Yes, sleeveless would be nice to see, but maybe she can do one when it is warmer seasons.
It won’t get rid of skin but it gives you a better frame for the skin to be attached to. My bat wings look much better than they did after just four weeks. I’m 60.
with all due respect your hairstyle does not match your body. You look young and fit and then you have this old lady hairstyle. Im sorry. Im really not trying to be harsh or anything and I do appreciate your advice on batwings. I have just started doing your excercises.
Yvette Jones even women in their 20's and up wear this hair style. Whoa, even kindergarteners wear this hair style. Your comment makes no sense. She looks fashionable and neat with lovely on the side.
Yvette Jones I agree. The hairstyle is old-fashioned looking. I've gotten used to it and she looks GREAT and that's her, so it's great too. But I'm glad you said it, and you were very tactful.
This is one of several arm workouts to help you get tone! Don't skip the protein and total body workouts we need for overall metabolism boost!

Wow...thank you! This is really great!
I love this workout. Do you have a workout specifically for fat back or bra overhang?
I love your exercises, but I’m wondering, at 70 years old, is it too late to get rid of bat wings? Thanks
Good workout!
Thanks - would like more. And introduce your dog to us as well as the name behind the delightful personality.😎MJ
Me too! Like!!
LOL! Second wave good bye!! I am going implement this into my routine. Excellent thanks for sharing.
Hi Debra just finished .Feel great
Thank you 😊

@@sandrawalton1251 dry brushing helps too to get rid off the loose skin.

what size weights
I couldn't help but watch your dog.... I want to go out mommy.😊
You would have thought this woman would have worn a sleeveless top. Maybe she got bingo wings she dont want us to see lol
Skygazer being that she said ...put up the tree and deck the halls yesterday...sore...she might be chilly. Yes, sleeveless would be nice to see, but maybe she can do one when it is warmer seasons.
In another video she has sleeveless top. Her arms are nice and toned. ^_^
How do you know this gets rid of the bat wings? You don't have them so it's easy to say. This won't remove extra skin.
Pat hyland I watched another woman, in sleevelees over 50, do most of these and she looked fit.
This will help “tone” not eliminate extra skin.

This is free and you complain, grea!, keep going like that, the sky is the limit, sure you will get far.
Be better if she didnt have long sleeves on
Love your videos, but the dog keeps distracting me from the main video.
I love your videos but I wish you would let your dog out, I find it very distracting

She looks fine, anyway, she’s not trying to be a beauty advisor. (At least not on this video) FOCUS!
