I want to try this. Full fat cheese is carb free and full fat dairy is better for you than low fat. This is an awesome recipe, I’m gonna try it with pork sausage or ground beef.

Your overestimation on cals is probably the tortilla, and your underestimation on protein is probably on the chicken breast and Greek yogurt. I would average ~50cals on a low cal tortilla, ~2p on the Greek yogurt and closer to ~30p on the chicken breast. All just guesstimations as well, but it’s definitely possible.

How spicy is it? :)
@@alirae7148 not too spicy just add less of the chili sauce if you don’t like spicy foods you can add one tablespoon and taste before adding a second
Excellent job easy and simple to make.
Damn that looks good, keep up the good work
Will do 🫡
Looks great. Thanks for not slamming the food on the foundation and also for giving the ingredients complete ingredients
Looks delish!

Need a more detailed description because I think this is way more than 450 calories?
It is I made them
@@hazemazed4783no, it’s definitely not. Way more. The meat alone is probably 400 calories.
@@MaxMacEntyre chicken is fewer calories than meat. He is using ground chicken breast which is very lean, almost no fat, so very low caloric content

This way more than 450 calories .
I am sure about that.
This is around 800 calories for one sandwich

Yeah, i was thinking the same when i saw those 8 eggs and the light mayo.

its a burrito, as in
Mami & Son finally reunited.
Do you toast them before you freeze it?
ok
Those macros are insane
dudes WHOLE WEEK is 4 days?
Well if you need to do 6 days just do 12 eggs instead of 8 and do 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt
one burrito for 4 days
what
Do you know about how many carbs in each burrito

You can freeze them but when reheating tye go slimey and are not crispie
How does that add up to 60g of protein?

Nobody ever mentions the sodium content
Plot twist: has 140 grams of carbs when your trying to cut 😢
For taste, I'd prolly just take the kcal hit and do ground beef. Like 90/10. Ground Turkey IMO is really gross, it is the healthier option tho.
