For motion sickness use Motioneaze essential oil. Apply behind ears. You can get it from Walmart for $5.44. It’s all natural oil with no side affects like drowsiness. I used it and it works.

YT Bon Appetit channel used to do this kind of challenge with a test kitchen chef Carla Lalli Music, where she does a back to back with an amateur and/or non cook with basic instructions. It's usually hilarious. You should watch them for tips if you think this is a fun idea. She did it for years before the big controversy at BA and she quit them.
