Laughed my ass off at this video, shades of old Benny Hill. I’ve been running my bike about the same, haven’t been pouring the beans to it, been respectful of its infancy. It will be fine.
🤣🤣🤣 You do know all they have to do is hook up the computer to your bike and the bike will snitch you out if it comes to a warranty claim. But I think we've all been a bit naughty when it comes to the speed issue... as far as the oil goes unless there is a leak in the fuel tank and it's diluting your engine oil I don't find that a huge issue. I have seven different bikes in the corral and they all don't get the same amount of ride time... I don't take the Classic 350 out when I know I need freeway speeds of 80 plus here in the states on a bike that is limited to 75MPH. So the oil gets changed when it hits the mileage recommended or sooner if the bike is doing a lot of off-road or hauling a load.
@@RidingTheGoblin Love it.😂. Actually, I don't think the ECU records data to such a granular level as that. But like you say - they can just watch the video. I did run mine in slightly more carefully. Here in the UK 2nd Gear at 20mph, 3rd for 30mph etc etc. It's a modern engine though so all that will happen is that yours will be run in just fine too - but rather sooner than the mileage it took mine. Now get out more! 🤗😂
Ha your funny love your videos keep them going please I'm tossing up between the signals like yours or the halcyon grey like Warro's which is actually pale blue they're such cool looking bikes
Yeah, I am still shocked that I have to either buy new tools, or spend $500-$630US to get that first service done. I'm at ~490km now and I feel like the RE police will swoop down on my and cancel my warranty... In all seriousness, when do you think you'll do the valves check/adjustment? Ride Safe 🙏🏼
I’m going be good and get it serviced soon… to be honest it does sound like it needs the valves adjusted… but then again, the other two Royal Enfields I’ve had over the years sounded like that too…
$500-$600 for service? That is crazy. Filter is $15 and oil another $20. I was watching one guy checking valves. They seemed fine to my. Never did it on my 4 other bikes.
I had run on My Meteor 350 max to 70km/h speed in 5th from 1 to 500km. Max 80km/h in 5th from 501 to 2200km.. Max 90km/h from 2201 to 2500 km. I think that is better so. (apologize My English language) 😏🇮🇪
I've mirrored what you have done with your 350 now what ? Don't fancy the beating with a stick option, possibly due to my age and my delicate nature possibly a gentle stroking with a large feather , delivered by a lady versed in such matters I feel would be a fitting punishment ! Enjoy the ride x
You have thrashed that bike. Those gearbox internals will be over stressed . Go gently for a while and ride it more and hopefully all those new mechanical components will run in properly. The naughty corner for you i believe to have a think about your wicked ways .
I've had a good look at myself and booked 'The Goblin' in for the first service at the dealer... we went for a nice gentle long ride today in the sunshine, we're being very, very good now
Love it! It will undoubtedly fall apart in a week or two.

Yeah, makes me laugh too... totally Benny Hill

Ha! Or they can just watch the video! Thanks for the info... :)

Thanks for the feedback! They're both cool colours... I really liked the army green colour... something a bit different
Literally the same things I did with my marsh gray as well 🤣
Lucky they’re ‘Bullet Proof’ 😬
@@RidingTheGoblin When you finally did its first service, did the shop say anything about it being overdue?
@@vincentperez3160 no… no mention of it… they just did it… phew!

Wait for my next video... it's all about tappets...
I first changed the engine oil and oil filter on my Halycon Grey Classic 350 at 650 kms. I still have sleepless nights about it.
You're very, very naughty indeed!

That sounds spot on! Good work.
I'd worry about the number of kms/miles, not the amount of time that's gone by.
You are seriously damn funny! Naughty man!😉
Oh yeah, bloody hilarious. NOT.

I second the large feather! Stay tuned for the next video, it's all about tappets and servicing....
I literally laughed out loud. 😂 “Don’t tell Royal Enfield”??? You just did!
Now get out there and RIDE!
Also, which windshield is that?
Ha! Thanks for the feedback, will do! It's the Royal Enfield standard windshield... if you look on their web site you'll find it

Très drôle...mais est ce raisonnable ?😀✌️🇨🇵
Merci, j'aurais dû lire le manuel plus tôt
