- Oh dear, this is a controversial topic. I put a windscreen on my NEW Royal Enfield Classic 350 and in this video I give a bit of a review and explain why.

Nope, I got it too with my Halcyon Green bike with mag wheels on. And it looks terrific TO ME. And that is all that matters... being in love.

If you like it then who cares 👍what anyone thinks. I like my 350 without a screen for the simple reason that I have two other bikes with screens and enjoying riding without one, but must say I like it on yours 👍

I love having a windscreen. Here in Oregon USA, you do a lot of high speed riding. That constant wind pressure is really fatiguing. Even a small windscreen makes a huge difference. I have one made by Asahi in Japan that is an old style with a olive drab canvas skirt, I think it would be perfect on a signals bike.
Hi, I'm all about functionality over presentation, I do a lot of riding on my 350 (rode 1500km back from the dealership with my partner) and everything on my bike is about comfort (didn't get on with touring seat) and practicality; yes I have a handlebar oiler fitted. Real riding is not about just looking (pretty) good 🤪
Yeah, me too... although I did buy the touring seat purely for aesthetics
I agree with the comfort provided by the windscreen especially on long highway rides. But I couldn’t dismiss the constant buzz in my heart that my bike lacked character due to the windscreen. No logic in that but just a feeling that I couldn’t dismiss however hard I tried
Windscreen is for long distance riders...if you ride many kilometers, this is a good choice.
I road tested 3 Enfields yesterday after not riding a motorcycle for 15 yrs. The first was the Classic and I felt a bit wobbly & vulnerable above 40mph. The Hunter was a little better whereas I loved riding the Himmy which felt really stable & confidence inspiring, as well as having a bit of hooligan about it with the exhaust note. Am probably going to try another Classic before dismissing them though because 'the looks 😍' and I haven't heard of anyone else finding them unstable. Am also conscious that I was nervous after a long haitus and being sat bolt upright was feeling the wind in my chest more than the Himmy with screen. If I owned a 350 and still wasn't happy I'd totally fit a screen & to hell with the naysayers if it made the ride more comfortable on a long run! It does suit the Signals model too.
I've had a Classic 350 (old & new) and a Himalayan... and I've really enjoyed the new Classic 350 the most so far! But it really comes down to personal taste and feel I suspect.... good bikes to get back on though... any will do the trick!

The best windscreen is called the ranger I forget the name of the company but they're from Italy! I put one on my interceptor and its rock solid it doesn't even shake at 85 mph! And it's big too!
For Cosmetic purposes it's good. 👍
Utility purpose - it's not aerodynamic. Wouldn't it blast air directly on the face instead of directing them over the head?
It's not perfect, but it does definitely make a difference... the biggest thing I've noticed is that I don't get hit in the chest by the air...

It looks fine. I would not own a motorcycle without one... then again, I live in the States where 70mph freeways are a daily occurrence. I have a fly screen on my 650 Int. and it is totally inadequate.
Modify a Krator 15” windshield. I’ve one on my 650. Love it

I tend to agree with you that the RE windscreen suits the Signals Edition. I have the same model and color as yours and I plan to put one on. I live in the Pacific Northwest (Oregon) and I expect it to help cut some of the cold/ wet wind as well as keep the bugs off as I ride the country backroads on my RE Classic 350 Signals Marsh Grey motorcycle.

I just ordered one for my Classic 500. So there is that!
I'd prefer not to have it, but an arthritic neck says otherwise and once set up well it works a treat for my 5' 10" frame.
Nah, looks fine and suits the bike well. Only if too short, I'd love a windscreen as high to reduce wind to helmet. Only problem, I passed my license a week ago and don't even own a bike yet.

I would like the windscreen for my Classic 350, but here in Israel I haven't found it yet.
I’m going to add one for riding in the winter, then remove it when it warms up

I hope they made a wind screen visor for the RE Classic 350 similar to the windscreen of the Harley WLA ww2 version.
I think it looks fine and is a very neat installation.
Screens have always been a subject of debate.
The height to rider ratio is a root cause of this debate.
If RE were smart they would sell them in different height options.
I would certainly fit one.
Would be great if it was just a little higher, a few size options makes good sense
There are bikes that do not need a windscreen. It is better to dirty your dress than destroy the pure silhouette of the RE Classic

I haven't put one on mine yet, but I may once the break-in period is past and I can get out on the highway a bit. It's super windy where I live so it's way more about function than looks. At high speeds the wind tries to peel you right off a bike so it's necessary.

My Meteor Supernova has one, I prefer to have it. It may cause turbulence around your helmet depending on your height. I fiddled around and put it on the highest possible position in the end.

I have modified a Royal Enfield Himalayan Windshield and put it on my Standard Bullet 350 2020 model. And trust me on highways rides, it helps a lot. I don't care what other people think. 👍👍
Here in the UK it's a little cooler, so windscreen may make scene, plus the fact I don't like cold , and I'm on the brink of 72years old so what do I think of a screen for my metallic green classic 350 sunny days only bike ? No rock hard , lol , ride safe , great videos !

It's horrible but it's practical. I'd just put it on for road trips.
It`s like all mods and accessories that anyone puts on any bike, if you like it or find it suits you, that`s fine. If somebody else doesn`t want one, they don`t have to fit it to their bike. Simple.
