Yep, spot on. I have both a Classic 500 and an Interceptor and on the back roads there isn't really a lot of difference between them, if anything on the dubious Australian rural back roads I ride on the Classic 500 is the better bike, largely because of the sprung seat. Some people just don't get the Bullet and I've given up caring about them, I don't ride for them.
Hello, thank you for these wonderful images, I've just bought a Classic 350, before I had much more powerful motorbikes, but none with the pleasure that this Royal provides, it's a new way of riding, every time I switch on this engine I have a smile up to my ears
Loving those beautifull landscapes, in that peaceful pace provided by the best bike in the world; the one that turns us more or less calm and relaxed, with no hurry , even when having a slow lorry at the front of us for many km.
The journey home can be the most tedious and deflating part of a road trip but you have continued to show some highpoints - truck rear ends excepted but you can't get away from them these days. Generally if locals are filtering I'll see if I can get by too but no harm in playing it safe. Shame it's nearly over but you've given us an entertaining ride and a taste of what one could fit in in a couple of weeks without going flat out everywhere.
@@BulletWanderer Well I will look forward to watching them Brendan. I'm 62 (nearly 63... 🤣🤣) but you've inspired me to take some much longer rides. I know Berchtesgaden and Neuschwanstein well but have never travelled there on a bike before... maybe I will. Love your artwork too! You've a real talent and the maps etc really give a nice feel to the videos. Keep up the good work. 👍
@@BulletWanderer That's a difficult one to answer Brendan.... Probably is the answer to that question but the bike does need constant maintenance and is currently off the road waiting for parts. 🙄I am trying to replace everything I can so that the bike is running new parts rather than the old ones.... my wife keeps saying 'more bike parts?.... ' 🤣🤣🤣. I'm also tentatively thinking of getting a 500 Classic or Bullet which is how I came across your channel.
Just discovered your channel, brilliant 👌. Just bought a 350 reborn which I love. I've had all the fast bikes and got that out of my system. You can't beat trundling along on a royal Enfield 😀. Keep up the great work, going to watch all your travels now 👍
@@BulletWanderer had to be Halcyon green 💚 look's different in different light 👌 I love it. Looking forward to watching the rest of your adventures over Christmas 👍
“Snow is rain that got cold” 🤣 thank you 🙏🏼 That’s some tunnel. Stunning scenery and wonderful roads 😍 It seems vlogging is safer on a motorcycle than on a bicycle 🥴
Normally in Ireland I just use headphones and my phone for directions, but on this trip I was using a Garmin Zumo for directions. It was pretty perfect tool for the job, I'd recommend it!
I enjoy my 500, with sidecar.... rolls along at a steady 55 mpg... hauls all my camping gear... the perfect unit for back roads... wave at the famers. It's 3-wheel fun. I will advise riders new to sidecar.. it's a scary learning curve and you'll talk to God often the first 200 miles. I have a RE 650 in the stable if I decide I need to take the interstates.... but I find myself on the Bullet most often. The wife did 300 miles one day and enjoyed it. 😎
Hi, just come across your channel, it's brilliant. I love your laid-back commentary and the sound of the engine is so nice. I'm going to have a good time tagging along on your trip, it's giving me inspiration to take my Classic 350 over to France for my UA-cam channel. Ride safe Dave (@thatblokeonamotorbike)🏍
Very kind of you to say, thank you 😄 I've saved your 6,000 miles Classic 350 review video to watch over Christmas, looking forward to it! 😁 You absolutely should take it over to France, the roads there are perfect Royal Enfield country 😁 ride safe!

Sometimes on rough rural back roads, I find the spirit of the Bullet as a trials bike shines through 😄 Cheers!

Congratulations on the new Classic 350! Smiles for miles is the name of the game with these bikes 😁

You done very well on that trip 👍🙏
What speed were you doing Brendan going down the mountain at the start of video looked fast enough for me great scenery and video too well done
I think between 30 - 50mph! Fortunately I had no one behind me the way down the mountain so I could enjoy it at a comfortable pace 😄
Cheesy?! That's my heritage your callin cheesy there pardner! (jk) 🤣🤣 Jokin aside, what a spectacular ride through jaw droppin mountains 👀 😲👍
Don't worry, cheesy is my favourite genre of music 😆
