I was 38 first and only child, I felt younger, but also more settled, stable but also weird because a lot of my friends had kids in high school lol I definitely tried to make sure he had fun “young” experiences like the young moms were doing 😂 As older adults, I think we are just instinctively more seasoned or calmer, and would choose different activities, less physically challenging ha, than a 20 something mom would. It helps to be in good shape so you can keep up!! 🙌🏻He is graduating high school this June, and now I feel old-ish. lol.
Thought you were still in your late twenties at most! My daughter had her first child at 35, baby boy at 39. I forget her age - she just looks like every other young mum. So happy for you both 😊
I see what you mean. I’m 31 and currently pregnant. We also suffered loss on our journey to conceive so we’re super hopeful and every second of this current pregnancy is being enjoyed. I’m sure it’d 10 gold once the baby is actually here!
Right...keeps getting touched on but no story...I thought maybe it was too negative or painful but it keeps being mentioned every video so perhaps the time to talk about it is coming. I guess although it can be hugely supportive for some for others it can be triggering so doing it as sensitively as possible may be holding it back.
I felt younger fitter happier more confident and more content when I became a mum so I get what you're saying. I still feel like I'm in my 20s though and the kids are adults now.
I had my son at 30. I went through d fertility issues and it took aboutb2 years to have him. Having child in general has made me feel younger. Now that I am 50 and my son is 19 and will be 20 this year I still feel young ans love it.

I felt the complete opposite. I felt like I should have had my daughter sooner, now that she is 7 and I am forty, I wish i was 34 😂
