This is my favorite scene, not just in this show, but in all media. Incredible acting of Lindsey's hysterical laughter when she caught on to Daniel's bit.
The first problem on a math test is ALWAYS the easiest. It’s the stepping block to all the hard shit youll answer mid to end of the test. IF DANIELS ARROGANT ASS WOULD HAVE JUST STUDIED HE COULD HAVE GOT HIM TO QUIT PASS THE TEST WITH OUT TAKING IT AND GET PROMOTED TO THE NEXT GRADE.
Why is it funny to her? it's obviously a reference to like a vinyl record, this show taking place in 1980, that's when Records were still the preferred medium of recorded music (although 8-Tracks & audio tapes/cassettes DID exist at that time)...I was born in the first week of September in 1985... by the time I was old enough to remember...CD's had long taken over for cassettes which took over for Vinyl...by the time I was 10 years-old they'd stopped producing Vinyl... and they started making it again in my mid-to-late 20s... I was born to an electrical engineer dad, and i became one myself...my dad & I are also musicians (guitar players) so my dad was always into the newest playback medium with the highest sample rates...but I have no clue what the hell she finds so funny...
My memory is hazy but I think Because she was trying to tutor him but didn't want to help him cheat and he used this same story with tears and she felt bad and decided to help him. Now he's using the same story and she realizes he's been faking the sob story and it's hilarious to her.
That might be the first "definition" of track you think of. But that isn't what she is referring to. To understand what she is referring to, you need to take the statement in context of the conversation (what Daniel said). Her dad's statement quoted by EVILOISA above is the hint to what she is specifically referring to. Poi Lethe's statement above is why she bursts out laughing.
It's funny because he's using the same sob story twice, he's faking it but manages to sound incredibly sincere. Obviously Lindsay the only one that's heard the story twice, she bought it the first time and now the adults are buying it, hearing it again she realises what an absurd situation she's in
When you realize you were manipulated, but everyone else is buying it too xD I cracked up.
Franko's face reacting to Lindsey's laughter is the most hilarious part
he’s like shut up 😂
Be cool
"Be cool, be cool" lol
lol..I just kept thinking "Why are you doing this right now?!.lol Not right now lol
Cut before the best line: "SHE'S A TRACK ONE GIRL!"
one of the best TV moments ever
It was criminal that they cancelled this show after such a short amount of time.
"SHE'S A TRACK ONE GIRL"
"My daughter is not high."
“Harold what is going on?”
lol when shes laughing and says hes track 3 lmaoooo!!!!!
This is my favorite scene, not just in this show, but in all media. Incredible acting of Lindsey's hysterical laughter when she caught on to Daniel's bit.
They cut it off before the father says "my daughter's a track one student." Still funny though
LOL
Dam he really manipulated everyone when he first told that story
this is my favorite scene in the world
God I was dying laughing when he started doing the same bit
I can’t omg he was really into the «victim character I’m crying lmaoooo
god this is my favorite scene in the whole show other than the ending
This episode and the one where the gym teacher calls everyone in his office about a prank call.
Lindsay losing it in the office was the funniest moment in that hilarious and remarkable series.
I lost my shit the first time I saw this. Her laugh made me bust a gut
When im in a bad mood i always watch thisss
This is actually how James Franco got all his acting parts
IT’S FINALLY ON HULU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I actually fall for his lines too. Until I realized he was using it at every people.

omg this scene is so amazing, as was this show. Hilarious.
"See, look at him go"
Nervous reaction 💀
The best part is that James Franco has like 5 degrees and has lectured at NYU and UCLA
They cut off the part that mentions, after :i just wanted to prove them wrong", -"Even if I did cheat."- @2:00
essa é a unica coisa na minha vida q eu sempre volto pra ver e sempre dou risada KKFAFW K BOM EDMAIS
ohh so he was using those lines at anyone !
We all know lindsay don't laugh like that irl
damn what happened to the green goblin
I don't get the punchline to the whole track 1, track 2, and track 3. Can someone explain it to me?
before daniel was crying to her doing the same thing and this is her realising the same thing he did to manipulate her properly hes doing to them now
@@zainab8296 lol okay

ΣLECTЯ0N she thinks it’s funny because he’s manipulating the adults.

i would've actually laughed had i been in her situation tbh
