A lot of people asked me to do a creation guide about how to make Classic Hwang's Outfit here it! I tried to make the highest quality possible guide with easy step to follow for everybody for 4 different outfits! I hope you will enjoy it!

Hey awesome video! Looking at these classic costumes always brings back the good memories of SC, especially SB and SC1.
Also I noticed in one of your streams that you used my Gan Ning Hwang cosplay from the SoulCaliburCreations reddit! Feels so surreal and awesome to have one of my favourite SC content creators use one of my CaS cosplays! XD.

Hey thank! I found this on reddit but I'am glad to find you, Gan Ning was my main character on DW I couldn't let Hwang without cosplayimg him lol
Most of my creations are a mix of my work and good ideas I have seen that inspired me, however the Gan Ning cosplay was so perfect I didn't change anything, I will gladly promote your channel if I put him in a tutorial! Thank you a lot again!

This is so good! I liked that you added more stuff just to make his outfits look better, especially the Soulcalibur I player 1 outfit.
I also like your editing layout. You literally cropped out the sizing scale. Must be a ton of work.

I watched multiple creation video and while following them to make a creation I got frustrated a lot by thefact that I had to stop and play when the video needs to scroll down the ingame UI windows. It felt even worse when you actually lose the track and randomely stray to find again when you stopped. I thought that to level up the quality of a creation guide I should solve this two issues. But it required to remake a custom window with UI elements extracted. It was a lot of work but since there was 4 creations, the template has been done only 1 Time, and the more I will reuse it, the more the invested time will reward at the end, for both quality for the viewer and me.
The real challenge was to be patient enough and work almost 2 week (wasn't working all days and mostly evening, the UI itself however took more than half time, the other half was visual effect enhancement, like rerendering Olcadan in HD, ansels which took several hours and working on lightings effects) without barely having time to enjoy the game lol but it's done now!
@@HayateEIN @Hayate EIN Yikes! I can totally feel your frustration. Just looking at the part where you're showing the creation items for the customization got me thinking that there are so many layers being displayed at the same time. The cropped decal/pattern scale and masked out creation icons probably took forever. Your dedication to making content for this game is unimaginable.
The effects from your intro look really nice, too. What software do you use? Vegas, After Effects, Premiere Pro or something else?
@@XiaoGege redoing the UI and exporting every layer for color/pattern was the longest part
as for the effects, it was not the hardest part, but took a bit time, remasking Olcadan for 100frames was the longest since I didn't have his model exported in transparent background yet.
I used some free overlay video for the smoke and storms, setting the mask on Adobe Premiere, doing Ansels for the background, I just wanted to take some time to learn to enhance an static image in a video.

@@HayateEIN OMG. You have a lot of patience doing those. Even though Olcadan is just crossing his arms and breathing, having to pay attention to every little movement of the animation while moving the masking points hundreds of times is a lot of work. Editing is fun, but it also takes a lot of patience, depending on its level of detail.
I see. It blends in with Motien Pass so well. During my first look, I thought it was an Ansel video capture with Motien Pass but something seemed different, haha.
Thanks for sharing all of these! It shows how passionate you are in creating content for this game. I wish there were more like you in the community. It's hard and time-consuming, I know, but if people are willing enough to do so, success is within reach.

SN: I miss this song 7:43 Yellow Sands. I really hope super Khan session soundtrack gets added in SC6.
I heard by the dev that they have "copyright issue" but I hope it's gonna be solved one day! I also love that song, it sounds so different, somekinda sad, it could be a great bgm I guess if one day they give more lore to Hwang's tragic childhood when he lost his parents!
@@HayateEIN copyright issue can be a nuisance. Hopefully they can come to some kind of agreement someday soon.

Are the parts used to make each outfit the official accessories? I'm guessing the parts are DLC released by Namco?
Yes everything is one the game but some of them are DLC, I didn't think about mentioning it but it's true that some people may have just purchased Hwang without any creation pack! Next time I will check how I can mention it maybe on the description of the video
ça fait plaisir de te voir faire une vidéo création, ils sont super réussis en plus les costumes, les menus sont clair , c'est vraiment bien présenté bravo . d'ailleurs petite question, ça vient d'où ces fenêtre de menu creation ? c'est un logiciel ou un site web?
La partie gauche c'est un melange de ma création et les éléments graphiques extrait du jeu, ça m'a pris un peu de temps mais maintenant que c'est prêt je peux en faire d'autres. J'avais besoin de refaire l'interface car juste en enregistrant la custo il y a des des fenêtre qui scroll dans le jeu et c'est galère pour la personne qui regarde de suivre les instructions en bougeant la video et en mettant pause quand sa scroll.

Do you have any more outfits you could do for other characters? (Custom ones, or based on old outfits) For example, Kilik SC2 1P, Kilik SC2 2P, Kilik SCIV 1P ... and so on.
Maybe, but I'am not dedicated enough! I will check if I can make Kilik's maybe

Salut aucune idée, je ne fais plus vraiment de tier list car elles sont souvent trompeuses. Mais il n'y a pas de personnages ni trop fort ni trop faible dans Soul6. Je dirais pour l'instant que Hwang ne peut pas être tout en bas au vue de certaines forces, mais il semble en difficulté contre les perso trop rapide au corps à corps donc je ne pense pas qu'il puisse être tout en haut non plus a cause des matchs up difficile
@@HayateEIN Merci, j'ai kiffé ta vidéo de réaction au reveal de Hwang. Ca fait un bail depuis qu'on a pas rejoué ensemble IRL (Japan Expo, juillet 2004); on a rejoué vers 2007 sur le IV, sur xbl puis un peu à Street HD Remix haha. @+
