Have you guys done any of these exercises? I’m interested in how many people have trained hip flexion before...😁👑

I just tried the ones i can do at home. But i don't know if these will help the muscles around the rear. Lately they've been quite painful and i could barely sit or stand. There was a time when it was so severe that i had to go to the hospital because the spasms wouldn't let me straighten my back. It forced me on my knees....any thoughts on this? Could the muscles in the lower back around the hip become too lazy because i mostly sit? This is freaking me out 😟

Yes i am doing it for the first time and i can't hold the two leg, Artist straddle up long enough. I got a Cramp as soon as I started doing. But i kept push after it went away. My name is Ralfael but i go by Tha Rhythm and i had two patella tendon rupture in both of my knees 3 years apart from each other. I got surgery on both knees. So these excuses are a challenge but i accept it. I'm trying to get my knees better then they use to be. I am a allstyles dancer. So this means a lot to me. Thank you for the video and the wisdom that u are giving. I will be trying all your video to see how far this will take me.

Yes i've tried them. I found the first exercise okay but wasn't able to progress on to the second seated leg raises. By back couldn't stay upright and legs didn't budge off the floor :s not sure if its tight hamstrings or what

There are several tips for ways to exercise back muscles
Gradually build up to walking 3 miles per day
      Try an anti-inflammatory diet
      Consider starting yoga lessons
      Checkout some online guides
(I read these and the reasons they work from Fergs Pain Ease site )

I just realized the reason why I was struggling with ab workouts. My fricking hip flexors burn whenever I do something that requires to hold my legs up. This gonna help a ton.

Dude this is awesome!! I’ve always had super tight hip flexors, I was a sprinter in college and now I Olympic lift. I tore my hip flexor two years ago running sprints after a weightlifting and it had me sidelined for almost three months. I look forward to implementing these exercises into my workouts!

Hey I have been playing basketball for awhile now and doing these exercises made me realiase that I am not as flexible as I thought I was. Some of these exercises are pointing out the lack of muscle flexibility in areas of my leg. I am going continue to these exercises till the flexibilty is improved.

This is the best video IMO on 'hip flexor strengthening exercises'
My issue is that my hamstrings are so tight that moving my leg past 90 degrees pops out my left hip. I've been trying to stretch it but I feel my lower back getting weaker and unstable. The sore pain that I have is getting worse by the week. It's like I keep finding the weak chain only to find it's compensating for an even weaker chain lol

Stop stretching, strengthen instead. Do Nordic curls and jefferson curls for the hammys then come back to hit the hip flexors

Mainly the forward lunge type, and the Bulgarian type seated one where you reach over your head to one SIDE! hip flexor exercises. I think with most guys ,CONSISTANT stretching or a progression towards this when used to weight training can be brushed off too easily UNTILL a niggle/injury makes this mandatory..a lot of guys out there are too STAUNCH for stretching especially the elastic glute clam!!!!
