The captain could use a refresher course in flying. It was clear he could not keep the aircraft in a straight and level flight. The weather was not the best, but that does not account for drifting above and below horizontal flight. Additionally his turns were sharp and radical. If I knew who he is and saw him in the flight deck, I would not board that aircraft.
You can zoom in the PFD and see that he was exactly on LOC and G/S the whole approach. I think that you are speaking about a different video 😅 (I’m not the captain).
