I love Eight O'Clock Coffee. Here are the following whole beans that I tried.

In about a week or so, I will try Hills Bros whole bean for the first time.
You should be old enough to remember A&P food stores. When I was a young person back in the late 50 and 60's, grocery stores had an isle almost for coffee and condiments for the coffee. Back then most coffee came in a bag like the one you have here but. whole bean like the one you have here. In there Isle was a large machine or coffee grinder. You would decide what coffee you wanted, open the bag and dump it in the store grinder. Place the same bag under the shoot, select your grind and hit the Botton. You now ground coffee would fill the bag and you close and seal it. When you walked down that isle, it was the most wonderful smell in the world. The commercial grinder was red just like the bag you have here. Probably supplied by Eight O'Clock coffee company. About six weeks ago, I bought a bag just like the one you have here. After all the coffee brands I have in my bar and still continue to purchase, Eight O'Clock is still one of my favorite.
Rubusta coffee is from here in the Philippines we turn it into barako coffee wanna stream 48 hrs drink a mug of this stronger than death wish coffee and we pinoys are fine 😂

My unique coffee recipe:
1.5 quart rainwater.
2Tblspoon (real) brown sugar.
1/2 Tsp Stevia.
2tspn honey added when coffee warm.
10 drops liquid sucralose.
1 tsp my super rich 5fold homemade vanilla with Madagaskar &Uganda beans. (2seperate sweetness/flavor profiles)
2tblspn cream.
Blend with hand mixer then briefly oxygenate as u remove mixer (dont overdo it or turn cream 2butter)
Now here is th money saver:
I use only 8gram fresh roast Uganda super high altitude beans per up to 2 quarts rainwater.
Altitude is what makes thbean.
I brew totally dffrnt I just soak grounds in cold water.
I roast till dark enough that beans shatter 2 dust in commercial blender.
This releases flavor & caffeine & nutrients u normally just thro away.
1. Put coffee in 3 or so cups cold RAINWATER ONLY 24 hours before prepare.
3. Pour cold coffee in glass with metal screen never paper.
4. Heat grounds with remaining water. I like 2do it twice extract all flavor. (but do not boil so tastes better)
Mollasses in th sugar &6 other sweetners deliver explosion of every spectrum in thsweetness profile its exquisite. Mind boggling.
