I really like this place, good location in cool Valencia and lots of space with a large kitchen & food prep area plus an oven. If I was younger, I'd consider it when I get out there but at my age, I'll need to be close to St. Luke's hospital.

I had inquired about it when it popped up on FB Marketplace last week. Said it was posted two hours ago. By the time a rep got back to they said it was rented again. Seems like there are multiple people listing it and still posted as of now. Everyone looking for a piece of the action. People are motivated to move quickly as there are plenty of people looking for a nice place to rent here in the Valencia area.

I love the yard has no walls but I do not understand why everybody wants to paint the inside of their house totally White, even in America people do that.. labor is cheap in the Philippines so it would not cost much to hire somebody to cut the grass and get the yard in order.. how many minutes add miles are you from Valencia Town? how many square meters is the property because it would be nice to plant some flowers and some veggies..That is almost exactly what I am looking for but I'm tied up in America dealing with a property settlement.. will definitely contact those two real estate girls after I arrived back in July for good I hope.. I will be looking for a place in the mountains and that is almost exactly what I am looking for.. how do they get their water because I did not see a well and pump house.. I wish you would show a map and show exactly where the house is located or at least the general area.see you all soon I hope👍👍

Three bedrooms is way too much space for someone himself. It'll help bout the other two since a whopping $200 a month for such a nice place is a deal.

I have a huge challenge for you. In your next new video, do not use the word "nice" at all in your descriptions. You use it all the time to the point it is meaningless as a descriptive word.
Janet and Mike, I can see why you both were interested in renting this place. It's absolutely gorgeous. It was way bigger than I would need.

we videoed the house last week and it was rented as we finished filming but it was not a signed lease at this time

The house stands in the middle of nowhere. Maybe it's good for people, who love quietness, but for me it's too lonely
not really in the middle of nowhere as a school is less than 1/2 mile from the house
No security fences aslo how far is it from food stores and the malls and it's nice house but for 600 I think that's a lot
