I can sum it up in one word....WOW! Private beach, gorgeous views galore, fantastic home with great features. It doesn't get any better than that!
Hi there . Nice to meet you in person. I’m also glad that I able to give you a tour of our house here. Very good editing as always.. I do really like the way you put up everything. I’m very impressed with your work . Be safe Walay on your travels.

haha yeah.@@DavidsIslandLifeAdventures
hey cess. is this house available for rent?
Absolutely AMAZING :)- I live in one of the highest crime areas in Downtown Las Vegas and I pay $1,000 a month for a 1 bedroom apt with shootings all of the time !!!! Good for you for making it work to your standards of living!!! Kudos to you!!! :)-
Move to the 211 apartments. 😊
Here in Canada, 3 bed Airbnb cottages go over $500/day during the summer. I will defineately try staying for a few months in Philippine in the future.
The Airbnb owners in this country are greedy. A one bedroom in a shared house is 1500/month. You have the bedroom to yourself. Wow ! A gravel plot in the (BC) forest is $800.00/month. In 2 years the price of my haircut went from $15.00 to $30, then you get the "Look" when you don't tip. I am 65 with little hair. Mexico, Panama, Ecuador, Philippines are far cheaper and much warmer. Even the medical is better. I can't find a doctor here so I go see a nurse. Adios
no you won't 😉
because if you could you would
@@stephenmarshall9130people really took advantage of the pandemic to raise prices for haircuts! Same here in California, I used to pay $20 and 2 years later they upped it to $40! It was crazy! I asked them why and they said the pandemic and inflation, etc. just lies!! I found another one for $25 which is my
Current one.
@@stephenmarshall9130 Why is it greedy to charge what the market will bear? Do you think the government should dictate what you can rent your own property for?
I Can Live In That Environment Forever. I Will Never Moved Away ❤️ 😍 💖
@AfricanUSA-th9ov, Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a comment.
Yeah good air quality than in cities
Excellent, brief, fun show today. Cess is a sweet and engaging host. Happy Trails
Very informative and excellent video. Thank you.👍👌
looks stunning, thanks for your video
Amazing...location when there is no stormy weather....
I was going to say it seems like it's not close to anything but Dumaguete is only about 10 miles away. That's not a far drive by car or even motor bike. In fact, that may be preferable to actually living in Dumaguete away from the noise and crowds.
Wow... I would love that place.
What i like in this property is the huge lawn/garden and the view .for the house design, hmm its a so so.Much better if the owner build a small terrace in each bedroom.but other than that its a nice place .
patio doors to a big drop, very odd.
How come there's no safety railings on the 2nd floor? You can fall from there.
Great property and fair price too. 👍
That is gorgeous!
Amaizing place for stay
Nice, well kept .
Magnificent!
This is what retiring to the Philippines is meant to be. I live in an area where I have everything I need within 10-15 minutes. But it's green and clean, I live in Nuvali. I would give it up in a heartbeat for a place like this.
Beautiful place to live.
Very attractive house and property. She’s so happy.
Beautiful place. Filipina was adorable
That is a big house with very nice beach front.
i like it windy. basic necessities and functions are good. It would get boring, might need friends. Just need the high speed internet.
Cool
Wow nice
awesome place very soon we will be there loved apo and Siquijor when the asawa and me went there in March
Great place!
@caleblawrenceriainc.7600, Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a comment.
Sounds like heaven.
This house is gorgeous! Subscribing as we are making plans!
I'm certain this house has by now but, I will be moving to that area in June. As a retired Newspaper Columnist I think something like this is exactly what I'm looking for. A great place to relax, write, and do a little fishing. Should you run across another place like this please let me know. I thank you for your video and time on this.
It's a beautiful house.
really nice house. If it were a small single story with $300 a month, I would take it immediately!
LUCKY YOU!
It's a nice place
holy molyyyy
It's really beautiful but the problem is you have to live out in the middle of nowhere with no resources and if you don't have the infrastructure to buy a car it's going to be really difficult for you to get anything. Also she didn't mention it but when you live that far out you're going to have problems with power. Even in dumaguete the power would go out every week it seemed for an entire day
Dumaguete is a big and progressive city, it is not far. They like the peace and quite place to stay.
Buy a car and a battery for the home and a generator
I rented 3 bedroom two bath house in beach area for $310 last week!
Imagine you and Eddy waking up at that every day, and every evening
That house would be around $1,000/month now in Dauin. They must have rented it before COVID. We looked at beachfront rentals there last summer, and there is nothing like this in Dauin, Dumaguete, or Bacong for under $850-$1,000. Prices have risen quite a bit. Maybe in a compound or apartment, but not a private house with land on a beach like this. Good for them though.
private house, perfect for robbers and don't kid yourself, the Phils is famous for break and enter.
@@garyconway1073 We don't kid ourselves Gary. We live in NY and Florida. Why do you think we have 10 locks on our apartment door in NYC, and a security alarm system in our condo in Florida? Break and enter? Come on. We had 3 friends houses broken into in Florida just over the past year.
For me Renting is better than Building one!
$600/mo. for a newly built house on the beach. Wow. It is so nice!
for $600, there's not much to complain about. just don't understand why the house is not oriented with the shoreline. a better fence than chainlink and a pool would be nice touches.
The biggest pool in the world right in front of you. Can’t swim in the ocean?
@@rickbold9337 He likes chlorine gas
Why build a pool when there is an endless pool right in front of the house, no maintenance needed.
Jesus. This is beautiful.
For Philippines 600usd is a lots of money it shou be cheaper but tk each its own
Do you have access to high speed Internet for remote work?
Hi Later this year, I plan on coming and staying in either Cebu or Dumaguette for some three months. Id like to find an apartment for my stay and I'm looking to pay between $750 and $ 1,000 a month. How would you suggest I go about finding a comfortable apartment for my 3 -month stay ??
Oh my god
Whenever I see this I don't understand how there are people still living in places like America and Britain looool I want this so bad
It's all relative. Try making 100k/year in the Philippines
Wow! 600 only
What a wonderful woman! Are there more like that?
Is that a common price for that or is it that you found a super deal?
I would love to rent a beach front home like that! Cess is blessed to be able to rent this lovely property for only $600!! What a bargain!
We got lucky. I really love it here. far from the Marites neighbor. hehe
May I ask if its available now? Thank you
How do we go about finding places like this in the Philippines? Is it by Word of Mouth Facebook groups or are they listed in some kind of ad?
@bobnewhart4318, Exactly, Word of Mouth and Facebook groups.
FN AMAZING beachfront pad for $600??!
My 1 bedroom in the Bay Area is $1k! ( and that's a 'deal' )
Hi, you have a lovely place! Is there any similar property available for rent at your neighborhood or close by? Many thanks.
Hello, I am one of subscribers. My wife and I are American retirees living in southern Italy. I saw a video of yours from Thailand ( I think ) a while back. We plan to go there in January and February of 2024. I have a few questions for you….what is the temperature during month of January and February? What neighborhoods would you recommend in Bangkok for us in terms of hotels and etc. Lastly what other areas in Thailand would you recommend for us to visit besides Bangkok..Please note that we are in our mid sixties…thanks in advance for your help.
방콕이 좋습니다. 이 영상보고 필리핀 환상갖지 마십시요.
Bangkok can be insufferable regarding the heat & humidity during the day. Evenings ok. Pollution quite often will keep u indoors. Straight goods. Fantastic food & friendly locals. Cheers
Hi is there a place near to your location that is also for rent of for sale?
that includes electricity and water
information about the house rental and this wonderful lady or husband ?
I'm interested, almost ready to move to the PH but need a good realastate agent.
That’s amazing is for sale ?
I’m interested in this
How did you find this place???
Great videos Jim. If you were forced to choose between retirement living in Thailand or México....which country would you choose?
@John Arnold, I would personally choose Thailand. I like exploring, and southeast Asia is easy, and cheap to explore from Thailand.
@@LivingOverseasTV I was curious
...and greetings from Chiang Mai 555. I lived in Mexico for 4 years also....seems a bit expensive there now and the crime is worse than 10 years ago.
I agree...travel around eastern Asia is easy and many options. Cherry blossom in Japan to escape the Chiang Mai burning season and snorkeling in the Philippines or Indonesia
@@onehappykamperHave you ever considered Saipan aka Marianna Islands?Rents are cheap at around $500.It’s a U.S. territory so don’t have to worry about visa’s.Beautiful weather friendly people and you can live there at a far lower cost than the mainland. :)
Excuse me how much the price of the house if I want buy it
where do we find houses like this.
Is the place available any time soon?
Where can we rent similar rentals like this?
Cannot help wondering how they deal with typhoons in these beachfront homes
It's obvious you're not from the philippines. Typhoon is a way of life here. If you re the type of person who live on fear, then it's not for you.
Thought the same thing, need a fast car and pray.
Most houses are made of cement block and concrete....the only thing that gets damaged is the roof and maybe a window or two. However, non concrete houses can get the crap kicked out of them. Happened 2 years ago...a lot of you tube video on it.
What about tsunamis? I've been in 2 hurricanes in the Bahamas but tsunamis are next level natural disasters.
Get some sleep.
Only problem with this video is it is an extreme example very rare to find this deal. Got to have a friend of a friend to find that and that cheap.
Hi Cess. Not sure if you are a realtor. Doesn't matter. Is this property still available? Coming available? When? Other similar properties please? Is the owner interested in selling this property?
I will like to own something like that
That house and property here in California would cost $5k a month , or more , easily.
How did she find the house to rent?
Is this still available? Today is 2/10/24.
I feel like a fool paying $2300 for my 2 bedroom 2 bath!😩😩 I need to check out that place
Maybe you live in the city like cebu or makati.
Who to contact,.. ? Is 6 month renting ok?
I am interested. How can I get in contact with the owner?
Hi, are you the owner? Is this rented already? Ludy from NY.
I've got 3 more years to go, then I'm moving there to that area, been saving forever and if it's still affordable to live there like that I'm moving, got nothing holding me back..................
Fantastic, but I can do without the chickens!
Is this still available?
What's the catch? I mean, it's not like this is common. The average expat isn't going to find a deal like this on their own, are they?
She has second story sliding glass doors but no balcony?
Is this place currently available to rent. How can I contact the owner “Fel”?
Pless one house iloilo city. Dvisoin gran plains for rent 😊
Guys that are watching this, I almost had a heart attack when she open that window! Is it me? Did anyone notice anything strange? You can litterally walk out of that window opening and fall down either paralyzed or die 😅 Sorry guys someone correct me if that was supposed to be a porch that was not finish? 😢
I noticed the same thing.
My wife and I would love to the rent this place for two months, where can I contact you?
Is this for rent?
Are you near major grocery stores, malls, restaurants, major transportation, airport……
Nope, you will need a car definitely. Unless you like walking long distance
Hello Cess,
Beautiful house by the beach.
Is there a similar beach front house near you that is for rent?
I am looking for a similar
property like yours to rent?.
Thank you.
Gideon
Is this house available?
That’s a property I’ll go apply for dual citizenship so I can maybe buy it . Price is right , I’ll move . Please relay this to the owner
Thats a steal for 30 k pho a month but where is the shore?
I'm ready to retire. Who🎉 do I talk to about renting something like this?
@901pics, They found this place on a local Facebook group. In a developing country, the best places for the best price will usually be word-of-mouth or a sign with a phone number.
Not all foreigners can afford $600 a month. We are only able to afford PHp a month.
I pay 600 a month for my mortgage in the Midwest USA
Do you have a beachfront property😂😂😂😂
Is your Wi-Fi Bill $40 a month is your phone bill $20 a month in the Midwest😊😊
@@johnwelch3016 cable internet/wifi is $50, phone is $50...unltd. everything. I think I've seen one brown out in the last decade, when a guy plowed into pole and brought down the transformer.

That’s too much money. The rent in the Philippines is going crazy.
