    What has been your experience with misclassification cases with plenty evidence?

      If they misclassify to skip out on paying overtime, those cases are usually pretty easy to win.

    I have applied for many different positions in my company with no luck and recently requested a transfer and it was rejected. The only reason given to me as to why was that i had talked about wages with other coworkers and have been labeled a gossiper.. i was smart enough to record my regional manager when they were telling me this. Think i have a case?

    Focus on company’s illegal conduct: another illegal action is interfering with protected leave (i.e. Family Medical Leave Act) or retaliation for taking protected leave.

    Hello I’m new watching your videos, I would like to make a file report on a company I was working for . I felt discriminated because of my pregnancy I haven’t done nothing because of my pregnancy scared been deny . Any advice what to do . The company told me they will call me to go back to work but it’s been 3week still waiting for work. ☹️ I need a job so bad .
