GREAT Video, but I was hoping to learn how to use the external Spool. I can't quite figure it out. Did i miss it perhaps in this video. Would be a 100% complete vid on A1 except for that info missing. Files are great thanks - do you have a video on how to use the external spool??
The one thing I don't understand is how to load the PLA Basic sample that was included. It is just twist-tied together, with no spool. Can I just load that through the AMS Lite? I'm a complete novice.
I see the older versions came with stiffeners that go on the back as well. It still came with the screws in the box but no stiffeners are they no longer needed on this version.
Hello 3d printing people… i just bought this model for my son, and already his first two test prints failed and did not get past a few layers, it popped off and started making “spaghetti” !! to try to fix it between the first and second try we have: shut the vents in his room so it is not drafty (also we do have it in an enclosure but only print with it open! our house is very dusty and i have read that dust can sometimes make the filament not work well.), made sure the plate was clean in case it popped off, and replaced the table it was on to a much sturdier one so there was no wiggling…. can anyone direct me to where we can get the most beginner friendly way to troubleshoot this??! thanks in advance!
I have several issues one. The printer is not recognizing when I change nozzle heads second it will not recognize the bamboo labs program on my computer only on the handy lastly I can’t write a ticket to ask them questions on how to fix it because I have no files to submit. I tried using bogus files just to fill that space but it still would not recognize and allow me to write the ticket or submit it. Any suggestions?
did you know there is call back on A1(Heat bed cable issue), I think for safety reason you may stop using it for a while until they come up with a new solution. They provide two solution for the callback, return/replace heat bed after they start sending new heatbed out.
In reading the comments below, I got to say, I haven’t really had a hard time with this printer other than I can’t print certain files because of the nozzle head not being recognized on certain files the printer is much quieter than I have seen shown in many of the videos for the individual that left a comment saying that this printer sucks. I’m sorry you are having worse trouble than I am, but I feel this printer is top-notch, despite some of the drawbacks that I’m experiencing.

What screws are you using at 8:05? You dont explain that at all.
there are one pack of screws come with your accessories box. It have text on it, fairly easy to find.
