I love your mom's attitude! Every single industry has been affected by the pandemic (mine included), but her energy helped lift my spirits. Has she considered online baking classes? Would love to learn from her, I know google meet can translate anything in the chat box. She has so many options, I'm glad she's excited for a change of pace
I was just going to mention online classes. She can either pre-record them and use a platform like teachable, or she can do them live.
@@okwrite7120 I had the same thought also about online classes. She would probably need to have a bricks and mortar school that would be able to double as the filming studio for online classes, and the bricks and mortar business would help feed the online business and vice versa. Kyuho's mom can be even more successful going this "smaller" route than having the larger baking school. And her positive attitude is the first and best ingredient for her continued success.
She’s very resilient 😊 It’s been so hard seeing countless small businesses closing. She has done online baking classes before and seemed to really like it, so this may be a possibility in the future for her as well 😊💪

Omg, I used to love the UK equivalent of Robot Battle (Robot Wars) when I was growing up! Just had such a nostalgic flashback 😄 Sorry to hear about your mum's business Kyuho, it sounds like she's making the best out of the situation which is great. I remember watching the Korean version of Good Doctor back in the day (8 years ago, jeez!!) and really enjoyed it.
Just a suggestion: Always point the sensor towards the floor when changes lenses. When you point the sensor up dust falls more easily onto the sensor.

@@2hearts1seoul Of course. Another tech /shooting tip that you may know. Wide apertures 2.8-5.6 make the background soft. Small apertures 8-16 or 22 make everything be in focus. Wide apertures will not show the dust as much if you get some on your sensor. And if you want to throw things out of focus in the background in bright light you should get a neutral density filter.These filters will darken the light hitting the lens and then you have to open up the lens and hence things in the background get softer. (Yes. I am a professional photographer and videographer...). I loved that you were both excited by lens
Congrats on the new camera! My favorite all around lens would be 24mm as it's wide, but not super wide so it covers a lot of shooting situations, like talking heads but it's also fantastic for wide and semi-close-up b-roll shots. I also love my 70-200mm, which takes beautiful portraits and for those nice zoom in shots with the beautiful background bokeh. 16mm is great, especially since you guys do a lot of vlogging.

I was in Taiwan last March, I bought the Sigma 56mm for my Sony A6400. I instantly fell in love it. When I was in Taichung, I found out that Sigma has a store there, in which I bought the 16mm since I plan to do more wide angle shots.
I have made Vanilla and lemon cheesecake (no baked) and turned into cupcakes size and pack up into fours in containers and freezed them for whenever I want them. The best way of saving the cheesecakes and portioning to last longer...
Have you guys watched Kim’s Convenience? I love it and am sad that they didn’t renew the series. As a second generation Korean, I found it fairly relatable and accurate.

Man, I wish it felt like fall here, it feels like a sauna here still, on Friday the heat index was 106F (41C) with 90% humidity, it was like soup. Bleghhhh!! I can't wait for this weather to break!
Edit: OH yeah! I have a DSLR, I don't use it for filming, only product photography (I make nerdy handmade soaps, lol), but my favorite lens is the Canon EFS 18-55mm. I've got an old Canon EOS Rebel T5i. It can take really nice close ups (but not macro, I have an EFS 55-250 mm for that), and nice wide shots as well. It's pretty versatile and I can do a lot of shots with it!
Kyuho is watching it yet again as I type this 😂😂

The quality of photography is always great on your channel and the 16mm large aperture lens will really help in low light and night situations. On a crop EF-M sensor maybe a 32mm "normal" view will help prevent distortion indoors from a wide angle. But, of course, your judgment is excellent
mirrorless cameras are very fun to use, you’ll enjoy it. the lens you’ve picked is really good and suits your style of filming since it’s very wide, the f1.4 aperture will give a beautiful cinematic depth of field. the less the aperture the better so you went with a great option :) they’re pricey but definitely worth it and will stay with you for a long time

I honestly only bring this lens when I travel and its so perfect for photography/videography! Amazing choice with the Sigma lens! I use Fujifilm now for all my photography (and they don't have sigma option sadly) but for my old Canon camera and my Panasonic GH5S for filming, I use sigma lenses. 35mm & 50mm are my favourite but I think 16mm will be awesome for your vlog adventures. I do recommend looking into the 50mm if you want to do more closeups/fun things.
