Hi Sarah! Hi Kyuho! Can I just say that Beemo is such a love bucket?!? He’s so sweet and so loving. Honestly, if I could be guaranteed a cat like him, I’d have a dozen! OMG! You guys have come so far, from your first Christmas tree in your tiny little apartment. Now, you have beautiful villages and such festive decor. The glass ornaments are beautiful. I’m born and raised in the Southwest, so our tree has chile pepper lights, and pretty much all Native American ornaments that I’ve collected throughout my lifetime. I love how Kyuho is so into helping you decorate, and that you both add to your collection yearly. I, too, collect the lighted musical decorations. I actually started collecting tree branches about 6 years ago, from trees that were being trimmed in our neighborhood and beyond. I use craft paint to make wooden Santa’s, snowmen, and choir folks and gift them to friends and family. 😊

I’m also putting together cat shelters for strays caught in our winter weather … AND, I had been thinking about Rosetta Stone for quite some time, so I jumped on the great price with the Black Friday sale! I speak English and Swedish - some French and Italian that needs a lot of improvement, and, I started studying Korean last year but my progress speaking 0:02 has been slow. About to leave for work and I’m going to make watching the vlog before work a thing from now on because you guys just always manage to put a smile on my face!!! The glass ornaments are so pretty, my favorite is the red with glitter…..and the train is soooo cute!!!! Those morning stretches really help. I find now that I'm older, I cannot have a productive day without them. Cats understand! Living with three cats makes Christmas decorating more complicated. Definitely no tinsel because cats can die from ingesting it. I've also given up on glass ornaments that can fall and shatter creating tiny little glass slivers that can harm the cats. Then there are some traditional Christmas live plants that are also poisonous to cats. You both seem to know well how to keep Beemo safe and yet make the place more cheery.
I live in a shared flat and was not going to decorate anything since I don't have nothing to to decorate with, BUT, after watching this video, I'm really feeling the vibes, so I'm here, DIYing my own Christmas decoration 🎉☃️

My mom too was the perfectionist with the tree. Dad would try to help but mom had her way of doing the tree.
Everyday she would tweek it a little more.
There is an underground mall in Toronto that stretches from Union Station and it goes all the way to the Eaton Center. I get lost in that Underground Path System every time I go through it.

We finally got a fake tree last year on discount right after Xmas. Set it up for the first time the other day and it's amazing. Literally took like 5 mins to put up, 8 fter too! While the smell of a real tree is nice and all, all the pine needles everywhere, plus all the hassles of getting it and hauling it home, oh man this fake tree is nice. Even has lights on it with like 30 different sequences! Pretty crazy! It's going to pay for itself very fast.
I'm definitely like Kyuho, throw the decorations on the tree all willy nilly. Wifey always kills me since she's like you Sarah lol. I guess it's the artist/OCD in her haha. Have a good week!

It's weird that so many Americans I've talked to think of Korea and Japan like Hawaii or Taiwan. "Winters must be so nice!" Um... no. Hate to burst your bubble, but they're cold. Sometimes REALLY cold. People ski in Korea and Japan. They both hosted the Winter Olympics, kids. I dunno. We've been to that bus terminal once and I don't remember why we were in that area, I just remember we were going to see a movie at the Megabox there and it was so hard to find because we didn't know it was underground. But to make up for it, that station has a See's Chocolate candy store, lol, some of my favorite bon bons from the west coast of the US.

To get to the Christmas Market enter the second building ( not the one with the department store ) and take the elevator to the 3 th floor. It is next to the ticket offices. You can actually smell the fresh flowers when you enter the elevator. So from the underground metro it is gate 8. Turn right to face the building and enter by the main entrance straight in front of you. The elevators are on your right . Good luck 🤗 for next time

I loooove Christmas decor! Earlier this year I moved into an apartment where I'm not allowed to paint and even hanging things on walls was discouraged.. but the walls and floors and countertops are grey. It's so depressing and 'sterile' lol, and as soon as I put up my 2 Christmas trees last week(a regular size one for the living room and a small one for a second room) and all my other decorations and lights, it automatically became cozy and gives that 'warm' feeling that I always associate with the Holidays and making yourself not so seasonally depressed from having to stay indoors because of the cold (as you know Canadian winters can be hardcore in the weather department lol). It finally feels like a home , but also now I'm afraid I will not want to take them down in January 😆

It's a mystery to me that your cats don't try to play with the ornaments or the tree. Our cat managed to kick over the whole tree last year so we're not sure whether to set one up for this year or not.

Yes!!! I can't believe Im not the only one having this method!!! Me too, I buy one decoration every year, slowly making my perfect christmas collection! Last year got christmas towels. This year, I got a tree ornament of a red deer with flower paterns on it, which was so expensive, but so pretty!

my mums bday is 9th dec and since she was born her parents put the tree up the night before and gifted her a new decoration every year, we keep that tradition but now i gift her a new decoration yearly and try pick one up during my travels, this year i got one in Seoul :) one TIP for your extra special / heavy decorations is to turn the end of the branch its hanging from up a little, just the tip so that it catches if it slides. will have to check out the food court next time :P
