Cheers Steve, very much appreciated! :) Ah, the Szarekhan are a great colour scheme aren't they, took me off Nihilakh when I saw them! :) Hope all's well! :)
Cheers Juan, very much appreciated! :) It's such a great miniature. I got one from the Imperium magazine, then realised I had one from years ago too! haha, the other is in Nihilakh colours :)
Cheers Bjorn, very much appreciated! :) Yeah, there's some really cool miniatures for them. Very limited palette but I think that's part of the appeal for me, they don't need much to look boss :)
(Once again, a video to save in my 40K library, and an excellent result, although I have to admit that the effect of the scythe has not completely convinced me, but the figure in general is wonderful. Thanks for your videos.)
Hey Marcos, thanks for watching! :) To be honest, I do mine as Szarekhan, but add some gold and jade to the characters because I love Egypt and try and add a bit of Egyptian colour to the bosses. If you drop the gold and paint those areas with either the runelord brass or canoptek alloy it should look fine. :)
Hey Red Dragon, thanks for watching. :) For the Model Air Chrome I think Stormhost Silver is a pretty close match, doesn't give as good a coverage but you can just add more. MAC edge highlights Necron Compound is pretty good too. German Grey I've not found a similar one, maybe black with a bit of white in it. Eschin Grey is a little lighter but works okay, there's a noticeable difference between that and black. For the Black and White I'd go with whichever Citadel paints are pure black and pure white. :)
@@BrushandBoltgun Thanks man. I really appreciate the advice. Just got back into collecting and want to paint them write this time haha. Thanks for the videos too, always a good watch.
Cheers SCP-106, very much appreciated! :) I've got him on order, so should be up in the next couple of weeks. Got Grimaldus and a few others too. There'll be a lot more BT coming. :)

WOW fantastic Rob, my Necrons are black and purple so think I'll give my blades the same look as this but purple.
Cheers Jono, very much appreciated. :) I think there's a tutorial on here for purple power swords that might be useful. :)
Very good work!
Cheers Martin, very much appreciated! :)
I love this Overlord! Great paint job, as always! Cheers, Rob!

What colours should we change in order to paint in the Skarezan dinasty?

With the Vallejo paints is there a citadel substitution you can recommend?
