Exactly what I was going to say. I always am on the lookout for Chief Moore and he seems to be everywhere. If I don't see him in a video I have to watch it all over because I had to have missed it. The FDNY is the better for his commitment!
With all the different types of construction materials and different buildings built at different times the workload for the FDNY must be enormous , some of these fires spread so quickly to other structures. Great vid 😊
dam i saw safety, special operations, rescue and other specialists Chief in same place. Hats off to FDNY because managing something like that with so many high ranking staff members in one place must be hard. Defo to know who the main person in charge is
So the fun fact the first chief that was talking Deputy Commissioner Pfeifer he was the first chief to respond to the World Trade Center on 9/11 when he held the rank of Battalion Chief
Skyler, Great work!! One deep seated fire! I have a question? In your list of dispatched units, what does the letter at the end of the rigs or chiefs #s mean?
@@SkylerFire thanks for info. So does the satellites lay LDH and the pumpers supply them? As with Comm. Pheifer, what is his call sign when responding to alarms? Thanks
Saw this on the news. Amazing how quickly fire can spread. Questions: What does the S on Engine 303 mean? What does P mean at the end of a BC? What is MK03?
Good Job on this video. Chief Pheifer will be well known 200 years from now. He is a legend!!!!
Hes the best
For sure
great video PS: The dispatcher on this call DID NOT miss a beat !!!! Thank you
You got that right!
Excellent 👍👍 thanks skyman
Thanks
Always a smile from Chief Moore.... great video mate, thank you
Thanks

Well said!
God Bless the FDNY along with EMS NYPD as they fight to protect life and property 🙏🇺🇸 Safe tours Skyler
Thanks
Nice video Skyler Fire. Nice to see the top brass of Fdny giving a wonderful news conference about the fire.
Glad you enjoyed it
I miss that dispatcher in the 70’s that used to call 222 engine “Triple Deuce”
Great job skyler. Nice touch seeing press conference at the start 👍
Glad you liked it! I thought it was a good idea

John thanks for letting us ride along. Your the best.
Excellent video Skyler. I’d bet real money there’s an e-bike in that rubble somewhere. That inferno had some kind of help. Take care now.
Probably!
Cheif Pheifer is still on the job!? Incredible, what a legend ❤
First Deputy Commissioner. He just came back
Terrific video Skyler hell of a fire! keep safe
Thanks

Chief of Operations Esposito was in charge
I like Deputy Assistant Chief Moore. He is always calm and has a genuine smile. But, he really needs to clean his helmet. 😊
That’s the helmet of a veteran. A true smoke eater!
Very hard working chief
@@SkylerFire I agree! He also looks to be a very nice person.
@@55VickyV great friend for sure!
Worst thing you can say to a fireman is clean there helmet
Wow! Huge fire🔥🔥🔥
Yes

Yup
@@SkylerFireI thought he retired.
@@williamleachman9315 as a Chief yes. He came back as first deputy commissioner
Liked and shared
Chief Moore is the coolest.
The best!
7 years ago, 6 years a Fire Explorer, hearing the PASS on the SCBA, I still start to shake, ha ha.
God bless our firefighters
🙏🏼
Good video.
Skyler, Great work!! One deep seated fire!
I have a question? In your list of dispatched units, what does the letter at the end of the rigs or chiefs #s mean?
Looks like a lot of overhaul will be needed.
Yes
Dispatcher was absolutely inredible hitting on all cylinders throughout duration of this incident!!!
GREAT VID
Thanks
Did the Super Pumper respond to the fire? What alarm does it respond on or is it special called?
Really Special Calls and Foam Signals only. Wouldn’t work at this fire
@@SkylerFire thanks for info. So does the satellites lay LDH and the pumpers supply them?
As with Comm. Pheifer, what is his call sign when responding to alarms?
Thanks
@@DavidParks-u7l yes but rarely used, tower ladders are used first…. And his car number is Car 2
Was that the whole borough on the ticket?
Negative.
Saw this on the news. Amazing how quickly fire can spread. Questions: What does the S on Engine 303 mean? What does P mean at the end of a BC? What is MK03?
S for communications P is for staging area manager
S = Communications
P = staging
MK03 = Mask Services
