The “public service announcement” at 39:49 from the VA actually made me laugh out loud. It’s a complete and utter JOKE. The doctors and counselors at the VA actively discouraged myself and more than one of my friends from exploring psychedelics to treat PTSD. That was one of the best interviews I have ever seen. Thank you
Love hearing Shawn talk about his career
The more I learn about this guy the more I appreciate what he’s doing. What a journey, What a ride!
The “public service announcement” at 39:49 from the VA actually made me laugh out loud. It’s a complete and utter JOKE. The doctors and counselors at the VA actively discouraged myself and more than one of my friends from exploring psychedelics to treat PTSD. They just want to pump you full of the normal antidepressants and psych meds. Bottom line is that if you want to explore that route, you’re gonna have to do it separate from the VA and at your own expense.
