I wish you had time to explain everything step by step for beginners. I'm very interested and excited to learn vfx in blender, I searched almost everywhere but I can't find any step by step tutorial. You're awesome 👍
Glad to that it was work that kept you from making your great videos, and that you've found the time to make another. I feel this is one of your best to date for the final result. It is a step up the learning curve from your previous work; mostly as it is an overview. Many of the topics are covered in your previous work, references to those would help. This overview is easily the backbone of a detailed series of shorter videos covering the processes and theory,
Nice! Really cool to get an overview over a big node setup for a whole scene. I just got recommended your channel, and I'm glad. Thanks for making your stuff!
A little tip for lighting the scene. You can use the Google Streetview app to create a hdr of the scene itself. Really simple, you just take photos all around you. Not only is the light intensity and colour spot on but if you have glossy objects in the scene then the reflections will be right.
I was thinking of doing the human torch style hero igniting and flying off But who wants to bake that fire sim unless totally necessary? I think I might try to do one where I punch a giant squid in the face instead
Holy cow man, it's been a while since seeing you post something. Nice to see even if it's just a quick tut/breakdown ;) Informative as always, at least for me.
Hello, maybe, you can work on the reflexion on the car bumper, where we can see the guy jumping from the little chair, but also from the whole car falling from the sky... it could look so amazing to do that effect too.
Awesome thanks for this! Can I make very humbly make suggestions for your consideration in any other tutorial you may make again soon? I'm looking to become familiar with blender -trying to desperately move away from windows and mac over to linux full time and always!
Hi Kenan can you make a tutorial about it, i mean from the scratch step by step? Yeah i got the idea but it looks like there is a huge mountain in front of me preventing me even to try.
Man I love blender doing 3d but...On compositing, I'm still on AE.. blender it just too much node. But I gues all depend where you're compatible with..nice tutorial.
@@KenanProffitt It's gonna take me some time for that. I'm working on a laptop and currently doing a Mysterio effect too. But i do love yours. Hopefully soon I can achieve similar :)
Wouldn't it be much easier to shoot an empty shot? Then you wouldn't need all that object removal. Also to be extra you could just shoot in front of a green screen so you wouldn't have to do all the manual masking.
Hi Kenan, I am happy for your Blender follow-up tutorials in Spanish. But I can't find something on UA-cam that shows how to change faces using images. You can teach in your channel to reproduce this same execution in the links below: 1) Simple photo exchange: ua-cam.com/video/Ib_Wmm-l-bY/v-deo.html 2) Advanced photo exchange: ua-cam.com/video/NTRNformZmA/v-deo.html Both examples use Mocha and AfterEffects for this. Is it possible to do the same with Blender 2.8?
hahahaaaaa sorry but this looks *terrible*. amateur looking as as hell. maybe if you'd done it on some moving footage, but on a stock photo it looks ridic
Oh man... you're right! Wow! that comment really struck a chord with me. Please let me see your work so I can observe your greatness and improve upon my amateur skill level. ;) In all seriousness though, with talk like that I can only assume you are frustrated with your own skill level. So here's an idea Drew, instead of hiding behind your keyboard and trash talking people online, put that energy towards learning something awesome and making your own creation. Keep practicing your skills and be nice to people. :)

It has been a year dude!
Been a while for sure. Glad to be back!
Really, the ball for the rigid body sim should come down from above, and not up from below.
Depends on what effect you are going for ;)
I can’t figure out how to make a key frame
‘I’ I think
Proper tutorial please please please
