How would you not have the time? If you sleep 8 hours, 30 min commutes to work and work 8 hours a day, you’d still have 7 hours left and can’t squeeze in 2 workouts
Some people have families, children to take care of, older family members that they're caretakers for, two jobs, and long commutes. And a million other things. Everyone's life is different, don't be so ignorantly privileged. Just be thankful you have so much extra time, and non judgemental of other people.
@@daniellewinn5774I work 7 days a week around 80 hours a week, I wake up at 3:30 am and have completed the 75 hard challenge 4 times, you do have time you’re just lazy, this woman clearly doesn’t have 2 jobs or a family
